We are going to start. First, we make sure we are all sitting comfortably with our feet both firmly on the ground and our backs straight Inhale... Close your eyes. Rest your hands on your lap. Make sure you feel warm. If you want, wrap a blanket around you to keep warm during the meditation.
Envision the number three 3 times. Three, three, three… Number 3 means that your whole body is relaxed. Every muscle, every organ, including your skin.
Envision the number two 3 times. Two, two, two… Number 2 means that your mind is relaxed. Your mind is only aware of number 2, nothing else.
Envision the number one 3 times. One, one, one… Number 1 means that your spirit is free, ready to leave the time-space reality and explore life outside the matrix.
