Introducing: 68 Shining Moments, a new series from the Field of 68 Media Network
We at the Field of 68 media network are thrilled to announce the launch of a new series called 68 Shining Moments. We’ve spent the last four months amassing interviews with the people that lived the greatest, the most memorable moments in the history of the NCAA tournament. We went straight to the horse’s mouth to find out when T.J. Sorrentine realized that he had hit that shot from the parking lot, and if Ali Farohkmanesh was really serious with that shot. We talked to Kyle Guy and Ty Jerome from Virginia. We sat with Danny Manning, and Kris Jenkins, and Ryan Arcidiacono, and Keith Smart, and Dunk City. If there was a memorable moment in the NCAA tournament, chances are, we talked to them.

Oklahoma State head coach Mike Boynton dares to enter the Mind Of Miles
Mike Boynton has had one of the strangest seasons of any coach in college basketball. His team was banned from the NCAA tournament in June, but an appeal that has not been ruled on yet means that, as of the first week of April, there is still a chance they could end up dancing. Why is that relevant? Because they have the No. 1 player in the country on their roster in Cade Cunningham. What a trip. He joins Tim Miles this week to talk about this season and whether or not he's actually getting any sleep.

This was a terrific interview.

Niko Medved enters the Mind Of Miles after Saturday's 26-point comeback against San Diego State
Colorado State set a Mountain West record on Saturday when they erased a 26 point deficit at San Diego State, beating the Aztecs on a four-point play with 12.3 seconds left. It's the biggest comeback in college basketball this season and just the fifth time this decade that a team came from 26 points down on the road and won. After that win, Niko Medvod joins the Mind Of Miles podcast to talk about ... well, mostly not that game, but some about that game, too. You never know where a conversation will go when you enter the Mind Of Miles.

Wisconsin head coach Greg Gard enters the Mind of Miles to talk about replacing a legend and Badger hoops
Wisconsin had a roller coaster season in 2020. They started out the year 13-10, but they ended up winning their last eight games to earn a No. 1 seed in the Big Ten tournament ... that was cancelled. With everyone back from that team, Wisconsin entered this season with a ton of hype. How tough has it been for Greg Gard to deal with those expectations, and the pressure of replacing a legend in the program he grew.
Oh, and dogs. They also talk about dogs.

What's it like to have two seasons cancelled? A pair of Ivy League coaches enter the Mind of Miles to talk it through.
The Ivy League was prescient. They were the first conference to cancel the 2020 postseason. They were the first conference to announce that they will not be playing during the 2020-21 season. They've missed more basketball than any other league. What is that like for people that build their lives around the sport? Tim Miles talks that through with Penn coach Steve Donahue and Brown coach Mike Martin.
