Part one of our "two-part finale" is here! Can you believe it?! WE CAN'T!

In this episode we talk all about the extended Carpathia sequence, lots of deleted dialogue, final payoffs, and peel back the layers of a couple key moments.

We reunite with Titanic cast member, first class woman Alexandra Boyd, to discuss such an imperative scene in the movie as Rose begins to live out her promise to Jack.

Alexandra shares some behind the scenes tidbits with us, as well as some unique perspectives on the scene as a filmmaker herself! Big thanks to her for guesting again!

While waiting for help to arrive, Rose makes a promise to Jack that she will carry with her for the rest of her life. Later, Officer Lowe returns in lifeboat 14 to a very grim sight.

For this scene we brought back our pal Liz Osban to discuss yet another massively important one!

We've reached the scene that birthed possibly the most notorious "debate" in cinematic history. In our opinion, of course, there's not much of a debate here. Listen as we address (and squash) multiple arguments people have made over the last 26 years!

We've brought on another special guest to discuss what many consider to be the main event here. Fellow Titanic obsessive Pablo O'Hana joins us for a breakdown of "Death of Titanic - Part 2." We had a great time chatting about such an impactful scene. In fact, this scene was the entry point of Pablo's Titanic origin story! He tells us all about that and provides such great commentary!

For this scene, we chat with Adam Stolfo. A fellow Titanic fan, lover of film, and podcaster among many other things. We discuss one of his favorite scenes, the first part of the death of Titanic. This is our last scene before the official "Death of Titanic." We're truly closing in on the end now as Jack and Rose make it to the stern of the ship, where they'll spend their final moments together on Titanic.

In this episode we break down the incredible sequence that is the "Nearer My God To Thee" montage -- with special guest Raf Avila, a.k.a. The Titanic Guy! It was so great speaking with Raf about this emotional, stand-out moment. He also shares his Titanic origin story with us and provides great facts throughout, as per usual! In this episode we cover Cal's slimy but successful attempt at getting on a lifeboat, and Mr. Andrews' & Captain Smith's final moments... among other things!

Note: The "Approach To the New World" painting by Norman Wilkinson was actually in the first class smoking room on the Olympic! It was featured in A Night To Remember because there was no available print of "Plymouth Harbour" at the time. A full-size reproduction was eventually made, and this is the version we see in James Cameron's Titanic!

Here's a very special episode for you all as we make our return to the podcast! We were lucky enough to sit down with actress Alexandra Boyd who portrayed a first class woman in TITANIC!!! She was so lovely and told us all about her experience working on the film, being directed by James Cameron, and what it's like to be part of such a pop culture phenomenon!
