It's a look at Amarillo Sod Poodles new and old (but mostly new)!

First off, audio from the 2/15/21 virtual press conference welcoming the Sod Poodles as Arizona Diamondback affiliates. We hear from DBacks Director of Player Development Josh Barfield, Sod Poodles President/GM Tony Ensor, and Hall of Famer, World Series Champion and 5-time Cy Young award winner Randy Johnson! 

The Dodgers finally got over the hump and won their first championship since 1988!  Tom and David talk a bit about the series, viewership, how the season will be remembered, and more.  Thanks for listening!    

A day off before the Rays and Dodgers duke it out to see who takes home the Commissioner's Trophy!

A day before the 2020 post-season gets underway, Tom Young and Lance Lahnert share their thoughts on the unprecedented 2020 season, some COVID Rules that they wouldn't mind hanging around, and they pick who will win each Wild Card matchup, as well as the World Series! Thanks for listening!

Baseball is coming back to HODGETOWN!  With the MiLB season more than likely not taking place, the Texas Collegiate League has stepped in, and two Amarillo teams will take the field later this month in an updated 10-team summer league!  

And we have put together a "Presidential" show for #100 to learn more about it!

Today, the MLB would be close to 20 games into their season, and the Amarillo Sod Poodles would have had their home opener at HODGETOWN.  Because of all that's going on with COVID-19, we don't have either of those things.  But what will it take to get those things back, and will it even be possible to do it in 2020?  If so, how would it need to be done?  Tom Young, David Lovejoy, and Lance Lahnert all discuss their thoughts on the situation and wonder what the season might look like this year, if it happens at all.  Thanks for listening! 

Today would have been Opening Day in Minor League Baseball, and that's no exception with the Sod Poodles.  Obviously, because of COVID-19, we weren't able to experience that.  

Still, the Amarillo Sod Poodles are here, and they are an active part of the community.  President/GM of the team Tony Ensor joins Tom, David and Lance as they talk about a potential return to baseball, some promotions they hope to still do, along with some ways they are thanking and helping the Texas Panhandle.  Thanks for listening!
