A young man accidentally kills a taxi driver, and then kills his girlfriend, his brother, his brother's fiancée and her father and a waitress from the cafe down the road to cover up his crime!

Today on the Video Nasty Project, we take a look at the Cannibal movie that kicked off the whole sub-genre of Green Hell flicks, 1980's Cannibal Holocaust from director Ruggero Deodato, in which a a professor stumbles across lost film shot by a missing documentary crew in the Amazon rainforest!

Welcome to the very first episode of Video Nasty Project! The Video Nasty Project is a group friends who love horror movies, sitting down to watch and reviewing all of the 72 movies that were banned by the Department of Public Prosecution and the BBFC - the infamous Video Nasties list.
In this episode we give you an overview of the Nasties and a discussion of censorship issues and some of the insanity surrounding the moral panic that gripped the United Kingdom in the early eighties.
