This could be the last time. Don’t mean to sound morbid or pessimistic BUT, don’t take life for granted! Be grateful. Love one another. Dream again. Forgive others. Smile more. Plan, fulfill, your goals and so much more. Take a listen!!!

COVID-19 is a beast! It’s consuming our lives figuratively and literally. But it doesn’t have to. We can use this down time wisely. What is it you really want to do? You have time now to do these things if you don’t worry.

Kolbe Bryant’s passing has crushed the world. It is time to know that tomorrow it could be any of us. Don’t let a minute go by without being your best self. Forgive yourself and others. Watch what you say to others. May be your last time seeing them and it will be too late to recall what you said. Be kind to others and love, not hate. Be better to yourself. We spend, spend, spend for one day. We try to make every special dish we can think of to feed our families for Christmas dinner. We’re in the long lines for special purposes, last minute items, and those big ticket items. Trying to please everyone! Did we forget ourselves? Did we forget the purpose of Christmas? Did we save for Christmas? Did we overspend? Will we do something different in 2020? Have we considered us? Do we ever consider us?

Moms, why are we raising our young men to stay boys instead of young, positive, productive citizens? Why do we defend them even when they are wrong? We raise our daughters to be problem solvers but we raise our sons to bring their issues to us to solve? Do we want to raise them even in their 30’s or do we want to raise them to be able to take care of their own families?

The power of the tongue and the mind are powerful. Speak positive over your life. Remove the negative words from your mind that were spoken over you yesterday or even today. Words can hurt and affect our lives. Change that channel to a positive one.

Use this special time to be grateful that you’ve made it twelve months. Think about all the good times and replace the negative times with the goodness. Breakups are hard especially during this time of year but don’t stay there. Move beyond it.
