This week the girlies catch up on their trippy week, answer listener voicemails, and smell and analyze Eau de Space - the smell, the project, and the concept. Some topics covered along the way are petrichor, favorite flowers, hyacinth representation, the smell of gay marriage (?), stinky boxers vs. factory fresh clothes, institutional critique, gag gifts, and so much more. 

Kris and Montana chat with tattoo artist and perfumer Freddie Albrighton. They get into cheeto fingers, fog machines, pissy smells and early influences. They also smell the three debut fragrances from Freddie Albrighton Perfumes and discuss those.

This week Kris and Montana sit down with Sarah Baker... iconic!? And discuss her most recent release, fantasies of luxury, Versace, fictional serial killers, horse riding princesses, George Bush's oil painting practice, and so much more. You’re not gonna wanna miss this. Bye gorge!

The girls welcome in Springtime with a Cobb Salad, Prosecco, and a discussion of all things post-equinox (not the gym). They go over some of their Spring fragrance pics including, Cyprinum by Unda Prisca, The Soft Lawn by Imaginary Authors, Tea Shop by Voroni, In The Summer Kitchen by CB I Hate Perfume, and Mûre et Musc by L’artisan Parfumeur. Oh, and the two receive a surprise call from Kris’ sweet Mother.

Kris and Montana discuss boozy fragrances this week! From whiskey and rum to wine and champagne, they *mull* over the way in which it can shape a fragrance; whether it’s evoking a party or a church.. or... both? They also discuss the enchanting Bloody Wood by Liquide Imaginaires. Pour yourself a glass and listen closely, because we’re slurring our words tonight!

This week the gals discuss all things fruity. From blue raspberries to cruising, from fruit loops to citrus; the two dive into the topic of fruity fragrance, something that is often pigeonholed as juvenile and low brow. They also smell the fragrances Close Up by Olfactive Studio and Meek Passion by M.INT. Pucker up, it’s about to get fruity.

This week Kris and Montana speak to stylist, personal shopper, and, above all, New Yorker, Chejolie Collins! The three talk about Chejolie’s style and her relationship to smell. Freshly printed cash, a sexy little ghost, the smell of second hand clothing, and so much more. They also smell the whimsically evocative perfume Pipe Bomb Blue by Blackbird Fragrance. This episode is dedicated to the color Blue (Chejolie’s favorite)!

Montana & Kris sit down with the artist Adam Linn to discuss his olfactive memories; from the smells on yellow school buses, to a peculiar cocktail of aviary smells and karate class sweat. They discuss Adam’s artwork and speculate what the spaces in his drawings might smell like. The three also take a nice, deep sniff at the sociopathic serial killer of a fragrance, Sombre by Strangers Parfumerie.
