Live in Awe with Linda Wheatley
Meet Linda Wheatley! Over the past seven months, Linda has taken on the role as my editor for my first book, A Single Droplet (coming out on Audible and print within just a couple of months!). Not only have I experienced Linda's exceptional editing skills, and ability to amplify my voice in the book and sharpen the messaging, but I've gotten to know Linda personally. As soon as I began to learn more about Linda and what seems to be her many lives in one, I knew she would be someone who I would admire in life. In this episode, you too will witness the treasure that Linda is, and likely become inspired by her stories and insights. Please visit Linda's website to learn more about her and the work she is currently offering: https://sweetmangomuse.com/

When Scary "What Ifs" Enter Your Mind
You know those anxious moments when your mind takes you on a rollercoaster ride of scary "what ifs"? When you find yourself trapped in a story playing in your head and it feels like it's happening in real life? In this episode, I share the two responses that I use that help me work through these moments. I hope this episode brings you back to the present and instills a sense of strength in yourself.
Escape for a Moment
It is hard to be around others all day. In this episode, I guide you through a short activity that allows you to escape for a moment from the outside world.
Contentment... Is that you?
For much of my life, I've chased the next thing, always wondering what that grass on the other side smelled like, felt like, looked like! I've struggled with this inability to accept the present and my current reality. It has caused me a great deal of suffering and confusion over the years. But through daily practices, and a whirlwind of a year so far, I've felt something unfamiliar. Could that really be you, contentment?
Remembering Diana Leone
Back in November of 2021, I published two podcast guest episodes with the magical Diana Leone. In these conversations, Diana shared her wisdom and knowledge about the female body; we specifically covered birth control, pregnancy, labor, and releasing pregnancy. As a full-spectrum doula and educator for the female body, Diana's work has touched many lives and will continue to ripple out. Sadly, Diana unexpectedly passed away, which is why I've combined both recordings so we can listen to over two hours of her dreamy voice and soak up the passion and love she had for women and their bodies. Please share her work with anyone who you feel would be interested, and if you feel inclined to donate to Diana's family, please use the following link: https://gofund.me/470bbbe9
How to Decide if It's Worth it
There are things that you love doing. Whether it be drawing, traveling, eating, or putting together a puzzle. In this episode, I discuss why these things are meaningful and how to determine if they are truly important to you. Enjoy.
Integrating More of YOU
In this episode, we discuss how bad it can feel when we are constantly nagging at ourselves. Through our own judgement, criticism, shame, and rejection, we can forget how hard we are on ourselves every single day! This harsh self-reflection feels awful and is something I've been exploring within myself. Here, I open up about my personal experience with self-judgement and offer some insight on how I'm handling it.
The Other Side of Pain
I've always believed that the opposite emotion is always there. For example, there is joy behind pain and peace behind anxiety. At times, one feeling may be more alive than the other, but the opposite is always attached to the end of the other. I feel this to be true, but never understood how to get to the other side, that is, until I experienced deep emotional pain and joy in a single moment recently. In this episode, I talk about how I got to the other side and how to squeeze every drop out of life's offerings.
Staying Open Through Pain
You know those moments when you feel like you're living in a nightmare? When you know that thing could happen to you, but never expect it to actually come your way? I'm in one of those moments and, in this episode, share some of the things that have helped me move through.
This is YOUR Journey
Let's look at life through a different lens.
Embracing Fear with Dani Simino (Part 2)

Over the recent years, Dani has taken bold action towards living a life that is authentically her own, which has required a lot of hard decisions, discomfort and acceptance of the unknown. Balance Your Busy Mind
If you're anything like me, you spend most of your days up inside of your mind, which can be a loud, judgmental, and even confusing place to live in! Although this is completely normal, to spend the majority of our time thinking, it can be problematic, as our wisdom and intuition rarely stems from this space. In this episode, I offer a way to balance the mind's activity and give you ways you can begin today. I also mention my free meditations, which you can find by visiting my website: https://www.toreyhill.studio/
Meditation Part 3: Trying it out
In January of 2022, I finally committed to a regular meditation practice and since then my entire life and self has strengthened. I have never felt so clear, connected and mentally healthy. Ever. But it took me many years to warm up to even trying it. I always thought that I was someone who just couldn't meditate; like some people were born with the ability to meditate and others not. Because of the impact it's had on my life, I've spent a lot of time thinking about how I can talk about it with others in a realistic and approachable way. I believe that all living things can benefit from meditation, and would even go so far to argue that meditation is an instinctual practice that the human race has lost, but it can be difficult to know where or how to start. Here, we discuss the many types of meditation and how you can begin doing it.

Meditation Part 2: Why do it?
In January of 2022, I finally committed to a regular meditation practice and since then my entire life and self has strengthened. I have never felt so clear, connected and mentally healthy. Ever. But it took me many years to warm up to even trying it. I always thought that I was someone who just couldn't meditate; like some people were born with the ability to meditate and others not. I believe that all living things can benefit from meditation, and would even go so far to argue that meditation is an instinctual practice that the human race has lost, but it can be difficult to know where or how to start. Now that we've discussed why we aren't meditating (in last episode), let's chat about why we may want to. Here, I share the personal impacts that meditation has had on me as well as other changes you may experience if you begin a regular practice.

Meditation Part 1: Why we AREN'T doing it
In January of 2022, I finally committed to a regular meditation practice and since then my entire life and self has strengthened. And before we can even begin we've got to address any resistance or hesitation because these are the very things that keep us from even trying! This is why we're starting here, in this mini meditation series on the pod, addressing the reasons why we aren't meditating. From here, we get to there.
Staying Flexible
You know those days where you have something planned and other things just get in the way? Where you're left with the decision to either rush or force the original plan or postpone it, leaving you frustrated, resentful or irritable? It's hard when we expect to do something, where we set the intention, and life just doesn't happen the way you thought it would. In this episode, I share a personal example of this happening to me and offer another way to look at days like this.
Let's Simplify 2023
As we enter the new year, we may feel pressure to push and change and grow rapidly. We may set a goal that we're actually scared of and then spend the rest of the year avoiding it! This episode gives a gentle reminder of the work we do in this community. We're not here to do anything drastic, but rather take small steps every day towards ease. Take a listen to get this refresh and your invitation to join the community if you're not already in it! https://www.toreyhill.studio/
You're Doing Great
If you're reading this, you're someone who values growth. You probably jump at new things that you think will help you learn more about yourself and commit to practices that make you feel and do better. Me too. The challenge I face in living a life like this is that I can fall into a trap of never feeling good enough, that the best version of me is just around the corner. In this episode, I give us the reminder that the the current version of ourselves is already great. We aren't worthy or deserving because of the things we do, but rather, because of who we are. Right now. Even on our worst days. So, take a long inhale, grab a glass of water and press play.
Do What Scares You!
You know those things that you avoid like the plague? For some it's public speaking, driving in a city, answering a phone call, reading directions, or asking for a refund. It's the thing that makes your heart flutter and palms sweat, keeping you from sleeping the night before. This episode explores a personal example of mine revolving around the idea of doing the things that scare you. And if you're reading this, you're ready to listen. So just take a deep breath and press play!
Breathe, Accept Now and Drink a Glass of Water
We're in the middle of the holiday season and while this is a special time of the year, one to be savored and grateful for, it can also leave us feeling scattered and off. In this episode, I share my personal pep talk that helps me feel a little more grounded and calm.
You Are Not Your Thoughts
When I was a young girl, my imagination would turn dark as the sun went down. I'd lay in my bed, paralyzed with fear thinking of scary creatures lurking around my room. Eventually, I'd muster the courage to scream for my dad. He'd come in and turn the light in. Instant relief would flood through my little body as I returned to reality, out of the thoughts that so easily swallowed me whole. And over the years, they continued to do so. Over and over again, always returning. And they still do, but I have a secret weapon; one that allows me to befriend my thoughts and mind. One that invites harmony. It is the simple idea that I am not my thoughts. And that is what this episode is all about.
Slices of Spaciousness
Stop for a moment.
Slip out the back door.
Let your feet sink into the cool earth.
Close your eyes and tilt up towards the sky.
Suck down the crisp air.
Fill your lungs as you empty your mind.
Reminding yourself how good it feels. Space.
You Don't Need to Change
Sometimes we think we need to change pieces of who we are in order to become the person who we want to be. In this short, but sweet, episode, I offer a different approach.
Galaxies & Goals
It's been six months of introspection... and here's what I've learned about goals.
I'm Alive!
Hi everyone! It's been six months, and I'm back! It feels so good to be here with you again.

The Power of Shadow Work
In early 2021 I decided to dive into the belly of all beasts and hire someone to guide me through my shadows. Since then, I've worked with two incredible women (listen to episodes 8 + 14) who held the space and support for me to explore the dark pieces lurking deep within me. Since this work, my life has quite literally never been the same. I am able to sit in the darkest corners of myself and feel safe, loving and curious. Shadow work is extremely powerful and when you hit play, you'll understand why.
Note: Shadow work is beautiful and intense. Please find support if it becomes too overwhelming to explore on your own.

Trusting Your Yoni with Diana Leone (Part 2)
In episode #34, I had the intention to talk to Diana about birth control, pregnancy, labor, and releasing pregnancy. However, one hour simply couldn't give justice to these important topics, which is why I decided to invite Diana back on the podcast for a part 2!

In episode #34, we talked all about birth control but in this episode we dove into pregnancy, labor and releasing pregnancy.
