The Dwelling Place (15) - Your Identity In Christ (99) - July 24 2021
John 15:8 (AMPC) When you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored and glorified, and you show and prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine. 9 I have loved you, [just] as the Father has loved Me; abide in My love [continue in His love with Me]. 10 If you keep My commandments [if you continue to obey My instructions], you will abide in My love and live on in it, just as I have obeyed My Father’s commandments and live on in His love. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:5-18.

The Dwelling Place (14) - Your Identity In Christ (98) - July 17 2021
Matthew 7:21-23 (AMPC) Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name? 23 And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands]. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Matthew 7:21-23.

Few enter the narrow gate that leads to life, but many enter through the wider gate and the broader and spacious way that leads to destruction (see Matthew 7:13-14). Those who are lukewarm are about to be spewed out of Christ’s mouth (Revelation 3:16). What does it mean to enter through the narrow gate. It all ties back to whether we are confessing Jesus as Lord. If we are seeking Him with all our heart, wanting to know Him. Are we abiding (which also means dwelling and living) in Christ, thereby bearing good fruit, worthy of admiration (Matthew 7:17). This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Matthew 7:13-20.

The Dwelling Place (12) - Your Identity In Christ (96) - July 3 2021
This week we recap verse 6 of John Chapter 15, with teaching but also bringing in commentary from respective scholars. We have been talking for many weeks now about the importance of abiding/dwelling/living in Christ Jesus. This week we focus on what Jesus Himself said would happen if we do not. The Word of God says those branches that do not bear fruit shall be gathered up by the reapers (angels) and thrown into the fire (hell) - see Matthew Chapter 13 (entire chapter for context), but specifically verses 40 and 41. Tomorrow is not promised, not even the next hour is guaranteed. We are surely in the end times. Why gamble your next 15 minutes of life without Him? Receive Jesus into your heart today...now! (Revelation 3:20, Romans 10:9). This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:6; Matthew 13:24-53.

The Dwelling Place (11) - Your Identity In Christ (95) - June 26 2021
This week we recap the first five verses of John 15, and bring in other verses to support them. We talk about how we are cleaned by the Word of God, how we can abide/dwell in that Word (which is Jesus Himself), abide in His love for us, and the overall importance of knowing Him. Jesus said in John chapter 15 verse 5, Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing. This program ends, preparing for next week’s teaching on the next verse that tells us what happens to those who the Lord does not know because of those that decided not to know Him. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:1-5; Hebrews 1:3; Hebrews 9:14; John 14:6; Revelation 3:20; John 21:17; Matthew 22:34-40; 1 John 2:6; 1 John 3:4; Colossians 2:6.

The Dwelling Place (10) - Your Identity In Christ (94) - June 19 2021
I was on my way to meet a new acquaintance. I wanted to bring something for them to the meeting. I had no idea what they liked or didn't like. Not knowing them personally made meeting with them awkward. How many of us are meeting with God and do not know where or how to meet with Him? When we get to the meeting, we don't know what to say to Him. Do you know that feeling of awkwardness and not being prepared? It is like an interview for a company where you have not done research about the organization. The good news is, in Jeremiah chapter 29 verse 13 God says, "You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart." I strongly urge you, Beloved, to learn about God. In any relationship we must draw near to have a deeper understanding and a knowing of a person. In these times, of all times, it is essential for us to have fellowship with God, to hear God's voice, to trust in God, to obey God, and have faith in Him. If we have a better relationship with everyone except for God, we need to examine how to make the relationship with Him better. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:5; Revelation 21:3; Romans 12:2; Hebrews 11:6; Hebrews 11:1; Hebrews 11:5; Psalms 138:2.

The Dwelling Place (9) - Your Identity In Christ (93) - June 12 2021
The Dwelling Place Relationship Can you get the benefits of a relationship if it is a Long-Distance relationship? The more you are around someone, the more you get to know them. The more you get to know someone, the more you see the blessings from that relationship. This week we examine the steps you can take to draw close to God as he draws close to you. 1. Remember you are a friend of God 2. Lean on and trust in the Lord 3. The Word is God, so learn more about God through the Word 4. Learn God's personality through his nature and characteristics in the bible 5. Have faith in God and believe what He tells you This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 1 John 2:3-6 ; Matthew 7:21-23; John 15:5; Revelation 21:3; John 1:1; Romans 10:17; Proverbs 3:5-6; John 3:16; Hebrews 13:8; 1 John 1:5; 2 Peter 3:9; Isaiah 40:28; Psalms 121:3; Hebrews 13:5; Hebrews 11:6.

The Dwelling Place ( 8 ) - Your Identity In Christ (92) - June 5 2021
Removing false walls between you and God. Does distance make the heart grow fonder? Jeremiah chapter 29 verse 13 says, "When you seek me, you will find me, if, you seek me with all of your heart." It seems God does not want distance between us and Him. In Jeremiah 29:13 He literally is telling you the benefit of seeking Him. We can only conclude that the opposite happens when you are not looking for God. What things can cause you to not seek the Lord? As we look a little closer at Dwelling, in The Lord remember, It says in Roman's chapter 8 verse 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? I encourage everyone to draw near to the Lord. Remove anything that tries to pull you away from Him. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:4, 2 Corinthians 10:5-7, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Romans 8:1, Ephesians 2:8, James 4:8, Jeremiah 29:12-13, Matthew 6:6.

The Dwelling Place (7) - Your Identity In Christ (91) - May 29 2021
Restoring your Dwelling Place. God removed the veil so nothing separates us from him. Do you sometimes feel separated from God? Sometimes because you can't see God, we can treat him like He is not a person. Like a friend, God longs to talk with you. He is jealous for your love towards him. What is keeping you from spending time with God? Know, that whatever it is, God is always there for you. In fact, He will never leave nor forsake you. James chapter 4 verse 8 says Come close to God and He will come close to you. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:4, 1 John 4:19, Romans 5:8, John 3:16; 1 John 1:9; Philippians 4:7-9; 1 Corinthians 13:4-7.

The Dwelling Place (6) - Your Identity In Christ (90) - May 22 2021
Why just hear about Jesus, when you can KNOW Jesus? Have you ever talked about cooking or watched videos on cooking? Have you heard others stories about cooking but never actually followed a recipe and made a meal? This is what it's like to not actually be in something. In John chapter 15 verse 4, Jesus says “Dwell in Me and I will Dwell in you.” Many times we can hear about being in Christ. We can talk about being in Christ. We even see the results from those who remain in Christ. All of these are great, but listening to someone else's experience is not the same as our own relationship in Christ. It is like saying you are friends with someone while never talking to them, spending time with them, or learning what they like. We all want real relationships. Why should Jesus want any less? This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:4; Matthew 6:33; John 1:1-4; Psalms 119:89; Proverbs 4:20-22; Colossians 2:3; Colossians 2:5-7; Colossians 2:9-11.

The Dwelling Place (5) - Your Identity In Christ (89) - May 15 2021
Dwell in Me and I in you. John chapter 15 verse 4 invites us to a relationship with the True Vine and the Vine-dresser. We get to dwell, abide, stay, and so much more in Him. This is more than just a relationship. It's a place to rest, renew, strengthen, and have shelter. The Lord's dwelling place invites us to have a home in Him. A place to go and find Him, be in Him, reflect, and have peace. How? By thinking on things above and not below. Jesus is in us when we open the door, and let him in our hearts. When he is knocking on the door to our hearts (Revelation chapter 3 verses 19-20). We are In Christ when we do the will of our Heavenly Father who sent His Only Begotten Son, Jesus, because God (the Father, Son and Holy Spirit) loved us. If this is a place of rest and restoration, I say it's home. Home is another name for dwelling. Is Jesus your dwelling place? This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:1; John 15:4; Revelation 3:19-20; Philippians 4:7-9; John 1:1-4; Proverbs 4:20-22.

The Dwelling Place (4) - Your Identity In Christ (88) - May 8 2021
In John chapter 15, verses 1 to 4, we get to see the nurturing process of the True Vine (Jesus) and Vine-dresser (God the Father). We learn of the firm, yet loving role of the function of the True Vine and Vine-dresser. Both desire to give their sons (us believers) a firm foundation, food and sustenance for now and future seasons. It is like having a parent who disciplines, loves, and punishes, so a child grows up straight, strong, and with a solid direction. This process re-occurs and fortifies the substance of a child in Christ. Part of the growth of that child is to seek Jesus as The Way, The True Vine, in order to increase in the bearing of fruit. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Hebrews 12:27, John 15:1-4, Psalms 23:1-6, Hebrews 12:5-11, Matthew 7:8-11; Matthew 7:21-23.

The Dwelling Place (3) - Your Identity In Christ (87) - May 1 2021
Surrendering to being in His Presence. In John chapter 15, verse 1 it says I am The True Vine and My Father is The Vinedresser. As you go further into the chapter you read about how the Vine and Vinedresser work together to bring you to a point of maturity in Christ. Before this process can begin of I in you and you in Me (you as a branch connecting into The Vine), you must surrender things and submit to the authority of Jesus as Lord. Is Jesus your Lord? Do you come under the authority of Jesus Christ? Are you open to having Jesus be the Vine? Are you open to God, your Heavenly Father being the Vinedresser? This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 15:1; Proverbs 20:24; 2 Timothy 2:19.

The Dwelling Place (2) - Your Identity In Christ (86) - April 24 2021
We look at how the Vine’s roots serve as an Anchor. Jesus, being the (one and only) True Vine can therefore serve as our Anchor (if we choose to Anchor ourselves in Him). It’s up to us to trust in Him in order for us not to be carried away by the strong currents of the world, and led astray into temptations and other forms of the evil in the darkness. We can trust in the Lord more when we realize that He is always the same, yesterday, today and forever. Not to forget also that His Word is forever settled in Heaven (Psalm 119:89). The benefits of being in His presence are immeasurable. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 11:25-25; Proverbs 20:24; Psalm 103:3-10; Psalm 91:1; John 15:1.

The Dwelling Place (1) - Your Identity In Christ (85) - April 17 2021
Continuing the focus on our relationship with our Lord Jesus, we begin to look at the very first verse of John 15. The True Vine that Christ is. In subsequent programs we shall be looking to see what it takes to be the branch that is connected to Him, in order for the all-important abiding in Him, and Him in us. Not to forget that we also get to bear fruit for others who are hungry to come and receive from us. For without this abiding and focusing our heart on Jesus, we are needlessly disconnected from our Source, our Creator, the Way, the Truth, and the Life that He is. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Matthew 6:22-23; John 15:1.

Come As You Are (Part 7) - Your Identity In Christ (84) - April 10 2021
Two verses are the focus of today’s program – Matthew chapter 6, verses 22 and 23. Jesus is speaking about our eyes as the lamp of our bodies. What we look at determines if our conscience is cleansed by the Light of Jesus, or is shrouded in a dense darkness of guilt and condemnation in sin. We speak about the power of the Word of God, and our focus on Jesus, to not only deliver us, but keep us from having our consciences cloaked in such darkness, since Jesus (who is the Light – John 1:4, John 8:12) has already defeated anything less than the brightness of the radiance of Christ’s Glory itself, including sin, sickness and death. Are our hearts focused on the Light or are we distracted and entangled by the affairs of the World? This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Matthew 6:22-23.

Come As You Are (Part 6) - Your Identity In Christ (83) - April 3 2021
How Jesus is the Light of Men, and what we focus on with our eyes dictates whether we are filled with His Light. Jesus, being the Word also, brings Light unto our path, and a Lamp unto our feet, but only if we focus on His Word. The decision is ours alone. Are we focusing on Him, allowing the Lord to deliver us from a conscience that is darkened in unrighteousness? Or are we willing to remain in sin, and the darkness that enshrouds it? This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Psalm 119:105; Psalm 1:2; Proverbs 4:20-22; Matthew 6:21-23; 1 Corinthians 6:17; Colossians 1:17.

Come As You Are (Part 5) - Your Identity In Christ (82) - March 27 2021
Getting closer to the Lord is imperative to the believer. Getting to know Him by spending time with Him, and in His Word, which is Him, allows the Light that is Him, the Word that is Him, into our hearts. That our hearts would become free of all things that Christ Jesus isn’t. No more worries, anxieties, sicknesses. We have the choice, but the Lord deserves for us to choose Him and not remain in darkness, or even mere shadows of it. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 1:4-5.

Come As You Are (Part 4) - Your Identity In Christ (81) - March 20 2021
The theme continues from last week, but with a temporary detour to encourage those battling temptations, going around the mountain of sin and repentance. There is a way of escape, and you have the ability to resist the devil and his temptations when you submit to God. The Lord is not the tempter but does not allow any evil temptation be so strong that we cannot resist it and escape from its seduction. We then continue on and talk about placing the Lord before us instead of other idols (Psalm 16:7-9), and the importance of ensuring our heart turns to focus on the Lord and Him alone. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 1 Corinthians 10:13-14; Psalm 16:7-9; Jeremiah 29:12-13; Isaiah 26:3; 2 Corinthians 3:17.

Come As You Are (Part 3) - Your Identity In Christ (80) - March 13 2021
You’ll Only Find Him when you Seek Him with ALL of your heart (Jeremiah 29:13). Call on the Lord, He will never decline your call. (see also Jeremiah 33:3). Be free by Being with Him. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Who doesn’t want that? Only the demonic realm and all who agree with its temptations and its lies, not knowing the Truth that would otherwise set them free. We are at a loss without Jesus, but we don’t know until we know what we gain knowing Him. So much to gain by focusing our heart on the Lord and engaging in a deeper relationship with Him. The One who paid for you with a high price (if indeed you opened the door of your heart and let Him in – See Revelations 3:20). Using discipline to commit to a relationship where you actually get to KNOW HIM more, not just know OF Him in some of the chapters in that book on the shelf. Oh Lord cause our hearts to hunger to know you! The Word of God in written form is not ink on paper, He is REAL and Alive and Active (Hebrews 4:12). Let us get to know this precious Jesus. We owe Him our time in an act of reverential fear and honor of the Lord. However, He doesn’t want you to come because you feel you HAVE to. He wants to draw near to Him because you WANT to. A relationship that is forced is not a true relationship born on a foundation of true love. Oh if we would spare time every day for Him. Let us seek Him first. Only then will all those other things that we wrongly believe we have to control, get added unto us by Him who is outside of time and has all good things waiting for your faith to act in the knowledge you have received it. The Great Commission is important, but its effectiveness is limited without the One who paid for the Finished works at The Cross. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 2 Corinthians 3:17; Jeremiah 33:3; Isaiah 26:3.
March 13, 2021
Come As You Are (Part 2) - Your Identity In Christ (79) - March 6 2021
Come close to God and He will come close to you (James 4:8 AMPC). A simple set of words to understand, but nonetheless conditional. We own the first move. Let us position our hearts towards Jesus that He may receive our love without us expecting anything in return. Nevertheless, you cannot stop a loving Lord from making His presence known to His child once He sees their heart has made the choice of getting to know Him. It’s just a matter of time before you notice changes for the better in how you feel and the circumstances around you. Without knowing, you begin to activate the results of other conditional verses such as Matthew 6:33. Yes, even without having to memorize them. One of the many benefits of spending more time with your Lord Jesus is one example given by David as recorded in Psalm 16:7-9. He wrote that he continually sets the Lord before him, and that because the Lord is at David’s right hand, he (David) will not be shaken. Nothing can be shaken which is firm in its foundation. If you keep the Lord set before you and you spend time with Him daily, nothing will be able to shake or disturb you from your trust and confidence. Let us spend more time in our Private room (Matthew 6:6), behind closed doors, so that the Father will see us in secret and reward us in the open. Let us be diligently seeking the Lord so that he will reward us. When the Lord gives a reward, who would ever be disappointed when He knows what is best for us? Our hope in this current set of programs is that would commit to focusing more of your heart, for more of your day, towards Jesus. He, who loves you more than words can describe, paid for your rescue (Colossians 1:13), to be a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17), to be cleansed of all unrighteousness in your conscience as we confess our sins to the Lord (1 John 1:9), and of course for you to have eternal life (John 3:16). This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Psalm 16:7-9; Matthew 6:6; Matthew 11:28; James 4:8; Psalm 46:10-11; Psalm 51:10; 2 Corinthians 3:17.

Come As You Are (Part 1) - Your Identity In Christ (78) - February 27 2021
A child comes home to his or her parents, their clothes full of mud as they were playing with friends in the world. The door of the family’s home is wide open, never closed to those seeking rescue. The loving parents, so pleased to see their child made it home, love on their child by giving them a hot bath and a shower. The parents then feed their child a hot meal so he or she becomes nourished and becomes immune to illnesses. Such is the love of our Heavenly Father and His Son, Christ Jesus. We are full of mud, walking aimlessly in this world, desperately in need of saving by the Rescuer, Jesus Himself. We are burdened by the chains of sin, hurts in our heart, depression, addictions, our body in need of healing. The Lord is always ready and willing to help us. Instead of waiting for us to come to Him first, he makes Himself available and knocks on the door of our heart to let us know he is there (Revelation 3:20). But it is up to us to open the door of our heart to let Him in so he can help and grow and heal us. Based on the love of Jesus, He would be saying something similar to “Come to Me as you are. I know all things you have done and have been through. Nothing surprises me. This is why I came and gave my life for you, so that you would not die but live an everlasting life if you choose to believe and receive me in your heart. I have paid for you to be made a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). My Father and I love you so much (John 3:16). Just believe in me, I will wash your sins away as far as the east is from the west. (Psalm 103:12) I shall remember your sins no more (Hebrews 8:12), and neither should you remind yourself of them once you confess them to Me. (1 John 1:9.)” The Lord washes us clean in our consciences (1 John 1:9). He offers us daily manna by way of His Word, His Scriptures. (Matthew 4:4). Again, we decide whether to eat of this Word for our soul desperately needs it. We decide whether or not to spend time with Jesus in a right relationship that He has already paid for us to have with the Father through Him. It is our choice, as with every decision our free will is able to make in our life on earth. The repercussions of ‘yes’ and ‘no’ on these decisions have a positive or negative effect in our daily lives. This week we open up a new series, part 1 of ‘Come As You Are’. It is the invitation from the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one can come to the Father but by Him (Jesus). Therefore, it stands to reason we should focus our hearts on Jesus and the Father, with guidance and leading of His Holy Spirit. It doesn’t matter how much mud you have on you; Jesus wants to clean you off as you decide to allow him into your home. His arms open wide ready to receive you as you decide to receive Him and begin to love Him. This program briefly discusses life without a relationship with Jesus, and spends much of the rest of the program on what it looks like to spend time focusing our heart on Jesus. Being Still and knowing He is God. Receiving rewards when disciplining ourselves to diligently seek Him without distractions, in a quiet place. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Psalm 31:10; Psalm 31:19-20; Psalm 31:23-24; Revelation 3:20; Psalm 16:7-9.

Forgiveness (Part 4) - Your Identity In Christ (77) - February 20 2021
To forgive is just a word to some, but to others a verb. How can our words mean anything if the heart behind it is not love? 1 Corinthians 13 says, " if I speak in tongues of men and of angels but do not have love, I become a noisy gong or a clinging symbol." When we just say the words, “I forgive”, but our heart does not really mean it, we are just making noise. If we support forgiveness with a life in pursuit of the love of Jesus, love will remain. Staying hidden in Christ makes walking in love a lifestyle of remaining in love and forgiveness. How is this even possible, remaining in forgiveness and love? In 1 John 4v16 it says, “And we know (understand, recognize, are conscious of, by observation and by experience) and believe (adhere to and put faith in and rely on) the love God cherishes for us. God is love, and he who dwells and continues in love dwells and continues in God, and God dwells and continues in him.” Forgiveness in love can be made easier by dwelling and consciously being aware of remaining in love through Christ. In this, the noisy empty, meaningless words will become love through Jesus Christ. We also talk on being able to forgive others completely with the support of God’s grace. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): - Colossians 3v12-13; Micah 7v18-19; Luke 6v35-37; Hebrews 10v17.

Forgiveness (Part 3) - Your Identity In Christ (76) - February 13 2021
How many of us regret our actions once we know the truth about a situation? If you had known the truth, would you have acted differently? Perhaps in love and forgiveness instead of reacting in anger, frustration, and other ways? Those who do know the truth are called to a higher standard. This higher standard requires love, patience, kindness gentleness, self-control, goodness, faithfulness, and more on our part. We must wait in the heart posture of grace and mercy until those acting under false understanding are given truth. Can any man do this? Well Jesus did and more. We must forgive those who act in blindness of not having understanding of the love of Christ. Luke 23v34 And Jesus prayed, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. Jesus wants people forgiven while in sin. Luke 6v35, 35 But love your enemies and be kind and do good [doing favors so that someone derives benefit from them] and lend, expecting and hoping for nothing in return but considering nothing as lost and despairing of no one; and then your recompense (your reward) will be great (rich, strong, intense, and abundant), and you will be sons of the Most High, for He is kind and charitable and good to the ungrateful and the selfish and wicked. We forgive because, the lack of Gods character in their life causes the actions of different characteristics, which are of the devil. Jesus also said in John 8v44, " You are of your father, the devil, and it is your will to practice the lusts and gratify the desires [which are characteristic] of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a falsehood, he speaks what is natural to him, for he is a liar [himself] and the father of lies and of all that is false. Chose this day whom you serve. Are your nature and character towards forgiving and loving people, of the character of the Devil or of the character of God? If you reacted too quickly and choose to serve the wrong Master, how should you be treated? Aren't you happy that we serve a forgiving, loving, merciful, patient God? A God who loves us enough to forgive us while we are sinning, to correct the lack of wisdom. I sure am grateful, how about you? This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Deuteronomy 32:35; Romans 14:17; John 3:16; Romans 5:8; Matthew 6:14; John 8:1-11; Proverbs 23:7; Matthew 5:28; Luke 6:35; 1 Corinthians 13.

Forgiveness (Part 2) - Your Identity In Christ (75) - February 6 2021
Looking at unforgiveness through God's eyes, makes it so clear. When did God forgive us? Romans chapter 5 verse 8 (AMPC) - 8 But God shows and clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us. So we see that God's love for us causes him to forgive. Thus, we be conformed to the image of Christ in Romans 8:29. As imitators of the love God had for his neighbor, us, we too are called to love and forgive sinners in their sin. Luke 6:35 shows this - 35 But love your enemies and be kind and do good [doing favors so that someone derives benefit from them] and lend, expecting and hoping for nothing in return but considering nothing as lost and despairing of no one; and then your recompense (your reward) will be great (rich, strong, intense, and abundant), and you will be sons of the Most High, for He is kind and charitable and good to the ungrateful and the selfish and wicked. God shows us the application of 1 Corinthians 13 (the definition of Love) in His character and heart posture. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Deuteronomy 32:35; Romans 14:17; John 3:16; Romans 5:8; Matthew 6:14; John 8:1-11; Proverbs 23:7; Matthew 5:28; Luke 6:35; 1 Corinthians 13.

Forgiveness - Your Identity In Christ (74) - January 30 2021
Jesus prayed to his Father about the two criminals on the cross each side of his as recorded in Luke 23:34 “And Jesus prayed, Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” They were criminals who had done something wrong, but Jesus asked his Father to forgive them anyway, because they “know not what they do.” Why should we forgive others who hurt or betrayed us? Who are we to determine that we have a right to hold back forgiveness for another? If we do not forgive, God will not forgive us according to Matthew 6:14-15 (AMPC): 14 For if you forgive people their trespasses [their reckless and willful sins, leaving them, letting them go, and giving up resentment], your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their trespasses [their reckless and willful sins, leaving them, letting them go, and giving up resentment], neither will your Father forgive you your trespasses. What caused them to have a bad nature to want to do things to us? Today we talk about the ‘default’ nature of those that have yet to allow and show the love of Christ in their hearts. If we know why they did what they did, it can be easier for us to forgive them. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Luke 23:33-34; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:8; Romans 5:12; John 8:44; Matthew 5:44; Matthew 18:35; Luke 6:35; John 8:1-11; Proverbs 23:7; Jeremiah 17:9.

Pray For Our Leaders, Whether We Like It Or Not - Your Identity In Christ (73) - January 23 2021
This week we speak about the importance of praying for those in leadership, in our jobs, but also in our cities and country where we live. The Apostle Paul implores Timothy in doing the same under his teaching. The program also highlights how we must understand the nature of the spiritual warfare going on daily in this fallen world, including in governments across the world, with Ephesians 6:12 teaching us that we do not war against a person (flesh and blood) but rather the evil schemes of satan and the demonic realm. This is why we must pray for our leaders so that the devil cannot achieve his aim of disunity, disarray, destruction and oppression of God’s creation. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Isaiah 14:13-14; Genesis 1; Genesis 3:6; Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23; Romans 10:9; Colossians 1:13; Ephesians 2:5; Ephesians 6:12; 1 Timothy 2:1-2; Psalm 1:2; Proverbs 3:5-6.

Trust in God the Father - Your Identity In Christ (72) - January 16 2021
How close is your relationship with God the Father? Is anything preventing you from enjoying the relationship He paid so preciously for, even though none of us deserved being offered rescue from an eternal spiritual death? Are you able to be close in relationship with Him, or are you wary based on experiences with your earthly father? We explore the Word of God that talks about His love for us, what He has paid and done for us to be offered complete redemption, sanctification and restoration. That veil being torn so we can once again enjoy a right relationship with Him through Christ Jesus. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 1 John 3:1-8; Genesis 3:6; James 4:8-10; Psalm 115:16; Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:4; John 8:44; Hosea 4:6.

Our Relationship with ‘God’ - Your Identity In Christ (71) - January 9 2021
"I believe in God”. “God has delivered me!” “Praise God!” Is your heart intending to speak to all three persons of the Godhead at the same time? Are you focusing on one of them in particular when you say the name “God”? Focusing on each person of the trinity can help foster a deeper relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Three persons, One God. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): John 1:12; 1 John 5:7; John 1:14; Genesis 1:26; Matthew 3:17; John 3:16; John 17:1; John 14:6; John 7:38-39; Romans 10:9; John 17:15-21.

A Glad Heart Regardless of Circumstances - Your Identity In Christ (70) - January 2 2021
How did we react during and at the completion of 2020? Where is our focus that we may have a glad heart regardless of circumstances? (Proverbs 15:15). This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Psalm 119:89; Isaiah 40:8; Hebrews 13:8; Proverbs 15:15; Psalm 118:24; Isaiah 1:18; Revelation 3:20; Colossians 1:13; 2 Timothy 5:16; Psalm 138:22; Peter 3:9; Matthew 7:13-14; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 2 Corinthians 4:4.

Your Identity In Christ (69) - December 26 2020
This week we continue to speak on the new creation of God : the newly created Believer - when he/she comes to Christ Jesus, having faith in His name. The Word of God profoundly declares in 2 Corinthians chapter 5 verse 17: “Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away.” Behold, the fresh and new has come! This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Ephesians 2:10; Philippians 3:7-9; Colossians 1:13; John 1:12; Galatians 4:6; 2 Corinthians 5:17.

Have You Mastered Sin or is it Still Mastering You? (Pt. 2) - Your Identity In Christ (68) - December 19 2020
Continuing this week with part 2 of the series on sin and how to break free of the vicious circle. We teach how it is possible to actually experience freedom of sin, now that we as believers have been set free of the powers of darkness by the finished works of Christ at the Cross. As the believer is well aware, giving your life to Christ Jesus does not automatically make you immune to the desire to take action when met with a temptation. However, the Good News is that there IS a way out: The Word of God itself, and the will of the believer to take advantage of it. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Romans 8:1-2; Hebrews 12:1; Psalm 119:9-11; Galatians 5:24-25.

Have You Mastered Sin or is it Still Mastering You? (Pt. 1) - Your Identity In Christ (67) - December 12 2020
According to Romans chapter 8 verse 2 (AMPC), the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed the believer from the law of sin and of death. Jesus has set the believer free from the bondage of sin and the wages of it, being a spiritual death. Do you KNOW this promise of God, or is your conscience condemning you, continually keeping you in a prison of belief that you will never be able to get free of this entrapment? If you are born again, you are seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. According to Colossians 1:13, God the Father has rescued you out of the domain of darkness, and into the kingdom of his beloved son Jesus. So, to continue on in sin, believing you have no ability to overcome it, does not line up with what God did for you at the new birth. Christ Jesus not only opened the door to your prison cell, he demolished the walls and the foundation of the prison! You are free of sin and death, but do you believe it, accept it, and live it? This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): James 1:13-15; Romans 6:4-7; Romans 16:14-18; 1 John 1:9; Romans 8:1-2.

Your New ID Is Enclosed Pt.6 - Your Identity In Christ (66) - December 5 2020
Born again or not, all are tempted by evil desires that come from the world and the powers of darkness that are around us. However, in this program we teach on scriptures that clearly show that neither Satan or the Lord are forcing us to take action on these temptations which can lead to sin which ultimately ends in spiritual (and sometimes physical) death. Rather, James 1:14 says “but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. “ However, Jesus makes a way of escape for those who want to be free of this wretched bondage that attempts to frequently encircle us. Saturating ourselves in the Word of God, praying, fasting, seeking God with all of our heart, but also believing that if we give our life to Christ Jesus, that we are set free and sin no longer has dominion over us (Romans 6:14). This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Romans 6:10-14; James 1:12-15; Galatians 5:16-26.

Your New ID Is Enclosed Pt.5 - Your Identity In Christ (65) - November 28 2020
The Spirit of the Lord leads us to read Psalm 103 verses 1 to 5 to start this week. Then, in the second part of the program, we continue the mini-series, ‘Your New ID Is Enclosed’, now on Part 5. We continue speaking from Romans chapter 6 verses 4 to 10. God has blessed all believers, in that, at the moment we made the decision to give our life to Jesus and receive Him as our Savior and Lord, we were buried with Him, and resurrected Him with newness of life. By so doing, since Jesus was raised from the dead, thereby conquering death, so therefore the believer reaps the same blessing and magnificent free gift of eternal life, liberally and lavishly given in love by God the Father through His Son Jesus to all who would believe. Not of our own works, but by faith and believing on the name of Jesus. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Psalm 103:1-5; Romans 6:3-10.

Your New ID Is Enclosed Pt.4 - Your Identity In Christ (64) - November 21 2020
We encourage and pray for those who are anxious and in worry at this time, bringing them hope by the Word of God. Psalm 91 assures us no foe can withstand the place where we dwell in the shadow of the Almighty. Those foes include all forms of evil, including sickness and disease. However, Psalm 91:1 starts out by saying “He who dwells”. This means that the benefits of the entire chapter do not apply to those who decide not to dwell and focus on the Lord. We all have a choice every day: Who shall we serve today? Jesus or the devil? This is of course reminiscent of the same choice Eve had at the tree in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 3). In the second part of the program, we continue the mini-series, ‘Your New ID Is Enclosed (Part 4)’. We speak from Romans chapter 6 where we read the Apostle Paul is telling the believers in Rome not to be ignorant of the fact that all who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death, and what this now means. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Psalm 91:1; Psalm 91:10; Isaiah 26:3; Romans 6:1-4.

Your New ID Is Enclosed Pt.3 - Your Identity In Christ (63) - November 14 2020
We continue this mini-series 'Your New ID Is Enclosed (Part 3)', focusing on mankind’s need for salvation. How to become saved by faith in God, and the blessings that come with salvation. In this episode we talk about how undeservedly, God justifies the saved, and what that means. God’s grace, His undeserved mercy and forgiveness allows the believer to be in right standing with God. The believer is acquitted of all charges brought against them because of sin, which can only be remitted by the blood of Jesus, by confessing our sins, not to man, but to God. (1 John 1:9). How God has not dealt with us after our sinning (Psalm 103:10), but has dealt with His Son Jesus. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23; Romans 10:9; Romans 3:24; Exodus 20:16; Psalm 103:10-14; 1 John 1:9; Colossians 2:13-14.

Your New ID Is Enclosed Pt.2 - Your Identity In Christ (62) - November 7 2020
Are you born again, know that Jesus came to offer you the choice of redemption, but not actually know what happened to cause the need for redemption in the first place? This week we continue the mini-series on how a single lack of judgment and obedience by Adam and Eve caused man and earth to fall together. That the undeserving love of God and the offer of redemption came by way of God sending His only Son. The sacrifice and shed blood of Christ Jesus allows us a way of escape from the devil being our father (John 8:44), and for us to make the most critical decision of our lives – to stay on the path that leads to an eternity in hell, or be rescued out of darkness by God and moved into His Kingdom and receive eternal life that continues in Heaven. This program covers the following Scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Hebrews 4:12; Genesis 3:19; John 10:10; Genesis 5:27; Genesis 6:3; Romans 5:12; Romans 6:23; Romans 3:23-25; Romans 10:9; Colossians 1:13.

Your New ID Is Enclosed Pt.1 - Your Identity In Christ (61) - October 31 2020
What happened to cause God the Father to send His Son in the first place? What happened in the Garden of Eden which caused man to trigger a perilous countdown to a spiritual death of eternal consequences? How did the evil nature of the devil and all forms of sickness, sin and death he is associated with, enter in at the time of the Garden? How did this virus of sin and sickness infect the entire human race from then on, taking the planet down with man at the same time? This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Hebrews 4:12; Psalm 107:20; John 20:30-31; Proverbs 4:20-22; Genesis 1:26; Genesis 2:16-17; Genesis 3:1-7; Matthew 4:8-11; Genesis 3:19; John 10:10; Genesis 5:27; Genesis 6:3.

Are You a Fan or Follower of Jesus Christ? Pt.2 - Your Identity In Christ (60) - October 24 2020
Continuation of the distinction between being a fan and a follower of Jesus Christ. Discovering the need for instructions - the Truth which is the scriptures of the Word of God. Only then do we learn more about mankind’s desperate need for a Savior and a Lord when asking the question ‘Why should I follow Jesus?’ This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Proverbs 3:5-6; Luke 9:23; John 15.

Are You a Fan or Follower of Jesus Christ? - Your Identity In Christ (59) - October 17 2020
Catrice begins to explore the distinction between being a fan and a follower of Christ Jesus. The critical importance it is for all believers to examine themselves frequently to ensure they are true followers of Christ, rather than being only a fan of Jesus, spectating from the side with a ‘Christian’ label, falsely believing they are ‘meeting all the requirements’. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Luke 9:23; John 15:1-8; John 14:1-6.

Touch of God Broadcast – October 10 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (58) - Praying for Kings and All in Authority
This week we talk on the importance of praying for those in authority and high responsibility. The laws that govern our cities, regions and countries where we live can bring freedom or captivity to a population. How important it is for the Body of Christ to stand up and not only declare God’s Word over the land to subdue it (Genesis 1:28) but also to pray for the leaders that have been put in charge to govern. Whether we love them, like them, or loathe them and the decisions they make, these are souls that God has created, and God wants them saved and reconciled back to Him. How much more will the people of a land be blessed if it is ruled by righteousness and justice. Not praying for others in high places can open them up to being manipulated by evil and the demonic realm which only leads to bondage and captivity in all kinds of ways for the citizens. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 1 Timothy 2:1-4; Hebrews 11:1; Proverbs 3:5-6; 1 Peter 2:24; Isaiah 53:5.

Touch of God Broadcast – October 3 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (57) - Rescued from Darkness by Faith in Christ Jesus
We continue this week to focus on God the Father rescuing us from out of the powers of darkness when we made the choice out of our free will to accept and receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord. Also how faith played a central role in our believing in a the person of Christ Jesus by faith, since those of us listening were not around to witness Him at the Cross, and walking the earth over 2000 years ago. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Colossians 1:13-14; Romans 10;9-10; Hebrews 11:1; Galatians 3:26-28; Ephesians 1:3; Ephesians 2:4-5.

Touch of God Broadcast – September 12 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (54) - How Did We Become “In Christ” ?
The common phrase - “In Christ”, mentioned often by many. This being the place and position of the redeemed, restored, reconciled born-again believer in Christ Jesus. But, how do we know if we are the ingrafted, a requirement for being ‘In Christ’, that 2 Corinthians 5:17 speaks of? In this program we speak on Genesis 22 and Romans 11 where the Word of God explains how the Gentiles were ingrafted into the Seed (Heir) that is Christ, due to the unbelief of the Jews. (God’s Grace nevertheless continues to allow His chosen people (Jews) the ability to believe and receive Christ Jesus as their Savior and Lord.) This then helps us understand how we came to be In Christ, being a true believer in the Lord. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): ; Ephesians 1:17-18; Genesis 22:16-18; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Romans 11:1-24.

Touch of God Broadcast – September 5 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (53) - Praying for the Brokenhearted
We take a different path this week and focus on praying for the brokenhearted among you. This, while remembering who we are in Christ, and who has paid a price for us. That same LORD and Savior deeply cares for you and your heart and wants to heal it. Shall we allow him and open the door of our heart to Him? You may have suffered the loss of a loved one, a friend or family member. You may be a child who has lost one or both parents. You may now be a widow or widower. This program is for you. The scriptures in this program remind us of how affectionately caring and watchful the Lord is of all of us. (1 Peter 5:7 AMPC). This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Isaiah 61:1; Psalm 34:18-20; Isaiah 26:3; Matt 11:28-30; 1 Peter 5:7

Touch of God Broadcast – August 29 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (52) - Job Complained Instead of Speaking to His Storms
We continue this week in Job chapter 22, covering verses 21 to 28. Chapter 22 is Eliphaz’s response to Job. Eliphaz tells Job he needs to acquaint himself with the Lord, to push unrighteousness far away from his tents. Eliphaz also mentions in verse 28 that Job needs to decree so that what he decrees shall be established. If we are in self-pity and complaining, nothing will get fixed until someone else prays for us. But we cannot lean on others continually, especially once we are growing in Christ and no longer babies having just been born (again). If we realize who we are in Christ and that it is JESUS who told US to speak to the mountain (Mark 11:23) then and only then will we see things change for the better. We just need to make sure we are decreeing God’s Will, and what He would want done. Hence the need to know Him, and to spend time in His Word, and with Him daily. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Job 22:21-28.

Touch of God Broadcast – August 22 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (51) - Let’s Dwell in Him
We revisit the conditional aspect of many verses in the Bible, and repeat the importance as well as some of the benefits of dwelling in the Lord (Psalm 91:1). We pray for the listeners to be able to acknowledge the Lord (Proverbs 3:6), to spend time with Him in the secret place (Psalm 91:1), to go about doing good with Him (Acts 10:38). Being anxious for nothing (Philippians 4:6; and also Matthew Chapter 6) allows us not to invite or entice evil upon our lives (Proverbs 15:15). What we say and what we believe have an impact, positive or negative in our circumstances and in our day. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Psalm 91 verses 1 and 8; Job 22:21-23; Proverbs 15:15.

Touch of God Broadcast – August 15 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (50) - Where Are We Dwelling?
Many verses in the Bible are conditional. You only receive the benefits of what God has for you if you commit to an action and remain steadfast in that action. Psalm 91 is a popular chapter for many, but it too is conditional. Plagues can come near your tent (Ps 91:10), and we can be accessible by evil (Ps 91:8) if we do not dwell in the secret place of the Most High (Ps 91:1). We also speak about wearing a mask due to the coronavirus. Believers should not be wearing one out of fear, but out of obedience to the rules of your city or country (Romans 13:1). This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Psalm 91:1-10; Luke 10:19.

Touch of God Broadcast – August 8 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (49) - Acquaint Now Yourself With Him
This week we speak mainly on the first two verses of Job 22 (Amplified Classic Edition – AMPC) where Eliphaz is answering Job with what he needs to do in response to his discontent. How much should we learn from the basic instructions of Eliphaz here, to acquaint ourselves with the Lord, to agree with Him and show ourselves to be conformed to His Will. Eliphaz continues to explain that by doing so we shall prosper and great good shall come to you. All of this was available to Job, an unsaved soul on the face of the earth, the Messiah not yet having come to pay the price for his sins and offer eternal life. Yet how much more, then, are you and I able to do due to being a born again and redeemed soul. With the living God indwelling us, with us positionally in heavenly places in Christ, we are overcomers, more than conquerors, and able to do ALL things through Him who strengthens us! This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Job 22:21-22 and also verse 28; Ephesians 1:17-19; Hebrews 4:12.

Touch of God Broadcast – July 25 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (47) - God’s Immeasurable Power In and For Believers
This program is best described by simply quoting the scriptures discussed in Ephesians 1 verses 17 to 21: 17 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him, 18 By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones), 19 And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, 20 Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places], 21 Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Ephesians 1:17-21

Touch of God Broadcast – July 18 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (46) - God Appealing Through Us
As we are to be the city of light on top of the hill (Matthew 5:14), God waits for us to speak to others about Him, so that He can make His Appeal Through Us to His lost and precious Creation. We are Christ’s personal representatives, walking this earth with the Creator of that earth within us, waiting to make His appeal through us to the lost soul in front of us. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven. (Matthew 5:16). This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Ephesians 1:17-18; 2 Corinthians 5:20-21; Proverbs 3:5-6

Touch of God Broadcast – July 4 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (44) - God Making His Appeal Through Us
This week we teach on our responsibility as God’s kids to be Christ's ambassadors. As 2 Corinthians 5:20 states: So we are Christ's ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christ's personal representatives] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor [now offered you] and be reconciled to God. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Ephesians 1:17-21; 2 Corinthians 5:20

Touch of God Broadcast – June 27 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (43) - Asking for the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation
No decision of a free-will is ever forced, otherwise the will would not be a ‘free’ will. The most important free-will decision is the one in which we make for Christ, to receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord. God does not force this upon us, nor does he force upon us the Truth, which is the Bible, God’s Own Word. This week we focus on asking the Lord for the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. How this one prayer is important for us to ask before we read the bible or before we are taught by a minister of the Gospel. This, so that God can help us learn, comprehend and totally understand the Truth as we receive it. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Ephesians 1:17-21.

Touch of God Broadcast – June 20 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (42) - Reconciled Back To Him
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is performing extraordinary rescues of countless souls in the spiritual realm every minute of every day when those souls make a decision for Christ Jesus. A Great Rescue occurred at the moment you made the decision to give it all up for Jesus and allow him into your heart, confessing Him as Lord (Romans 10:9). This Great Rescue involved your (new) Heavenly Father, the Great Jehovah, YHWH Himself. There was no other way He could have rescued you from the powers of darkness EXCEPT via The Way, that being Christ Himself, only due to His shed blood and all of the works that were finished at the Cross. God the Father, personally present in Christ Himself, was able to translate (rescue, capture, transfer) you from the influence and bondage to sin and all evil and into the Kingdom of His Beloved Son. (2 Corinthians 5:19; Colossians 1:13). Now we must keep our focus on Jesus, abide in His Word, and in Him, walk with Him daily, continue to acknowledge Him. Just as you would your best friend, only God is far better than your best friend on the earth. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 2 Corinthians 5:18-21; Hebrews 4:12-16; Romans 8:2.

Touch of God Broadcast – May 30 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (39) - Be at Peace in Christ Jesus
Today we look at how to be at peace in Christ by not being anxious for anything. Knowing your Heavenly Father is key in order to be able to trust in Him in every circumstance, in everything in your day. Know that He is for you and not against you. Be set free from all worry and anxiety so that you can be secure in the love and peace of God in Christ. Touch of God Broadcast – May 23 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (38) - Run it by Me Pt. 2
Continuing on from last week’s teaching on running your situation by God’s Word to see if that situation is lining up with God’s Will, or if you should speak to that mountain, using the measure of Faith that God has given you, so that it lines up with God’s Will by the name of Jesus. Also what your heart is focused on, what you give your heart to, you become. Your anxious thoughts pull like a magnet on the things of evil (Prov 15:15 – AMPC). This is why we must think on things that are above (Phil 4:8). This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Heb 11:1-2, Phil 4:8, Prov 15:15.

Are you waiting on God to move the mountain or are you speaking to it like Jesus told us to? Mark 11:23-24. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Heb 11:1-2; Rom 4:17-19; Mark 11:23-24.

Touch of God Broadcast – May 9 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (36) - Every Scripture is God-Breathed
We continue this week with how God breathed His Own Word, that He wrote the Bible and not man, with man being inspired by God to write what he heard in his heart to write. How it is critical to think like God thinks, not like we used to carnally think. How God does not change our minds, but waits for us to make the decision to give our life to Him, and receive His Son as Savior and Lord, before renewing our spirit so that we become born again, forever a new creation with the old having been buried with Christ (Romans 6:4). We also talk about using God’s Word for good purposes including conviction of sin and correction. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): 2 Timothy 3:16, 1 Corinthians 2:16

Touch of God Broadcast – May 2 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (35) - Evil Days Made by Anxious Thoughts
This week we are continuing on with the study of Proverbs 15:15 (AMPC), and the power of anxious thoughts that can encourage and reaffirm evil events in our daily lives. The power of thoughts and what you say with your tongue (Proverbs 18:21), and whether you decide to acknowledge God every day, spending time with him, walking with Him, knowing He is with you.... These things dictate how you will go through the situations in your life, and whether you will allow mountains (problems) to stay in front of you and not be cast into the sea. (Mark 11:23-25). It is erroneous to believe that God controls everything. He obviously doesn’t because He does not violate a free will. You decided when you gave your life to Jesus. God knew if and when you would, but He didn’t decide for you. You made that choice. The same goes for every day, and everything you do and believe while you do those things. Are we talking God with us? Are we allowing Him to flow through us? Are we taking every thought captive in obedience to Him? This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version (AMPC): Proverbs 15:15, Isaiah 55:8, Proverbs 3:5-6

Touch of God Broadcast – Apr 25 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (34) - Are You Thinking Straight?
This program focuses on how we can unknowingly be held captive to deception and lies of the devil based on our lack of studying and walking in the Truth which is the Word of God. Especially in times such as these, it is so important that we are able to know that a believer can speak to a situation to force it to line up with how it should be based on the Word of God. If the believer still thinks the way he or she used to think, then they continue to live with fear and anxiety, believing that the situation controls them instead of the situation being controlled by their declarations of God over the situation. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified Classic version: John 8:32, John 8:36, John 8:44, Romans 8:2, Proverbs 14:12, Proverbs 15:15, Isaiah 55:8-9, Proverbs 3:5-6, Proverbs 12:5, 1 Corinthians 2:16.

Touch of God Broadcast – Apr 18 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (33) - The Word Made Flesh Brings Your Body Healing and Health
In this week’s broadcast we focus on the reality of Jesus being the Word made flesh, who in turn brings healing and health to your flesh – your physical body. But have we contemplated this truth so we can receive this healing to our body, or do we continue on in our carnal misunderstanding of God’s will about divine healing, remaining sick along the way? Why do we continue to reject these scriptures and not accept them as the Truth, thereby being in disobedience to Christ? Why disobedience? We should not allow a sickness to remain in our bodies since that sickness was already bore by Christ (Isa 53:4). Additionally, we do not own our physical bodies: We are not our own, we have been bought with a price by God. (1 Cor 6:19-20). When we accept this, we get healed. Or, when someone lays hands on us, we get healed if they believe by faith, but, we may not remain healed if we continue not to go after this Truth and accept it for ourselves, continuing on in life as a sitting duck allowing the devil and his works to continue unabated without our tongue deciding to use God’s Word against such attacks. Also it is up to us to decide to understand the nature of God’s character so that we may not only understand who the believer now is in Christ, but also be able to represent God accurately, being a good witness and steward of His Word. That it is critical for us to understand the nature of God without communicating our misunderstanding of God to others, at the risk of leading them even further astray from the Lord. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified version: Proverbs 4:20-22, John 1:14, John 1:1-2 (AMP)

Touch of God Broadcast – Apr 11 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (32) - The War is Over; The Battle Continues
This program reminds us of the defeat of sickness and disease, as a result of God defeating the devil and his powers of darkness by him being disarmed (Col 2:15). The devil may still have the ability to inflict sickness and disease and other oppressive evil measures against humanity, but he has no authority to do so because of being disarmed by God in Christ, at the Cross (Col 2:15). Now, the believer, having faith in, and using the name of Jesus, can triumph in Him over evil, by speaking God’s Word over a situation. As a result, the believer can set a person free from any work of the enemy including sickness and disease. We also speak about the nature of how the human race multiplies and continues to reproduce fallen human beings due to the lineage back to Adam. That is until a person decides to become born again, giving their life over to Christ, receiving Jesus as their Savior and Lord. Their old spirit is then recreated, their lineage to the fallen human race being severed. At this point, since they are a new creation (2 Cor 5:17), their new lineage now goes back one generation to Christ Himself. This program covers the following scriptures from the Amplified version: Colossians 2:15, Genesis 3:6, Hebrews 1:3, Acts 10:38, Romans 5:12, Matthew 25:41, John 10:10.

Touch of God Broadcast – Apr 4 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (31) - Be Strong and Courageous!
God told Joshua three times in four verses in the same chapter to be strong and courageous. (Joshua 1:6,7,9). Exodus 15:3 says ‘The Lord is a man of war; the Lord is his name.’ At all times, great and and not so great, God is saying that we are to be strong and courageous! We are to stand strong, and act who we already are as believers based on our identity in Christ. To which of us be in Christ, we are Sons! We are to subdue the earth (Col 2:6, Gen 1:26, Rom 8:14). We are to speak and declare the Word of God over our homes, neighborhoods, towns, country and the world! (Gen 1:26, Prov 18:21). We are not to bow to anxiety, worry or fear, no matter what the size of the mountain is (Mark 11:23-24), however grave the situation is. (Matt 6:25-34). 2 Tim 1:7 - for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. In this program we speak about this general topic. We pray and speak life over the people of the Mukuru Slum near Nairobi, Kenya, as well as all others listening. We return briefly to Psalm 91, and show that, like many other scriptural verses, verses 9 and 10 are conditional on the believer acting on the instruction given by the verse, in order to benefit from the stated outcome. This program covers the following scriptures: Joshua 1:1-9; Matthew 28:19-20; Daniel 3:16-28; Psalm 91:9-10; Matthew 10:7-8; Luke 10:19; 2 Corinthians 2:14;

Touch of God Broadcast - Mar 28 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (30) - Hearing from God in Challenging Times
During these challenging times of sickness and disease in the world, or whatever troubles you are facing, we need to make the decision to not live in fear or worry, but to listen to God instead of moving away from him for one more day. God is always speaking to us, but are we holding a conversation with him? There is no relationship without communication. God has paid an extremely high price to allow us to be reconciled back to Him by believing in His Son Jesus and confessing him as Lord. Jesus wants us to cast our cares upon him, no matter what the cares are. In this program we discuss the ways God speaks to us, through His Word, through His Son, and in our daily circumstances. We have a free will to decide if we will read the bible, the Truth of the Word of God. We get to decide if we will spend time with Jesus, talking to him, but also being still and knowing that He is God. The believer is supposed to live free of anxiety (Matthew 6:25). We are to be the light in this world of sickness and disease, command all forms of sickness and viruses to be gone from people’s bodies. Laying hands on the sick so that they shall recover (Mark 16:17-18). Viruses should be fleeing from us when we submit to God! (James 4:7), since all forms of sickness and disease are the oppression of the devil (Acts 10:38). 2 Cor 2:14 But thanks be to God, who always causes us to triumph in Christ and reveals the fragrance of his knowledge through us in every place. Brothers and Sisters, Army of God... we can do ALL THINGS through Christ, who strengthens us! (Phil 4:13).

Touch of God Broadcast - Mar 21 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (29) - Take Authority Over Sickness While Sheltering
In this program we draw the distinction between the popular Psalm Chapter 91, and the position of the believer as a new creation based on the finished works of Christ at the Cross. While it is perfectly acceptable for a person to take comfort, believe and trust in the Lord by following Psalm 91, it is important to acknowledge and live by the finished works of the Cross. Jesus shed his blood to pay for all sin and for that sin to be forgiven for anyone who confesses it (see 1 John 1:9). The blood of Christ also paid for the new birth, the regenerated spirit of a lost soul, having been translated out from under the powers of darkness and into Christ’s kingdom (see Colossians 1:13). Why all of this? Just to be “certified” to get into heaven one day? No. It’s to do as Jesus did on this earth while we are still here. To bring the earth under control, to subdue it, to cast out sicknesses and all forms of death out of people. This, to demonstrate the Good News, the Gospel of Christ Jesus. Psalm 91 is Trusting in God and doing nothing except that. That compared to the new covenant that the new believer partakes of now since the blood of Jesus was shed. That new covenant was what God made with Jesus. That is, Christ in us, the hope of glory. That is, the power of the Holy Spirit indwelling the new creation, so that believers walk in the power of God, going about doing good, healing all who are oppressed by the devil, for God is with them (see Acts 10:38). You say, ‘Well, that was Jesus. We are not Jesus.’ You are correct, we are not God, but Jesus himself said we are to do the same works and greater than him (see John 14:12). We are not to sit back and hope we’re sheltered by the Almighty (Psalm 91). We are to walk in the dominion Christ restored for us, take charge, arise and shine and be fearless in this world, bringing heaven to earth, setting people free by Christ flowing through and from us. This program covers the following scriptures: Ps 91:1-16; Heb 1:1-2; Matthew 26:26-28

Touch of God Broadcast - Mar 14 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (28) - Coronavirus is Already Defeated
In this week's program on your Identity in Christ, we talk about the situation in the world with the coronavirus (Covid-19) and how we should act when it comes to our faith. Jesus said for us to be anxious for nothing (Matthew 6:25-34). Luke recorded Jesus as saying that nothing would hurt us (Luke 10:19). We show how all sickness and disease is the oppressive work of the enemy Satan and the powers of darkness (Acts 10:38), and that Jesus came to destroy these works (1 John 3:8). Now the believer in Christ, renewing his or her mind to the Truth (Romans 12:2) can walk in the victory Christ Jesus has won for us, which includes going about doing the same works and greater than Jesus (John 14:12)… which means to make earth look like heaven, which means to lay hands on the sick so that they shall recover. It means to not be fearful about this virus or any other sickness or disease. It will not jump on you if you believe Luke 10:19 that nothing shall by any means injure you. Believers are to be the light of Christ in the darkness (Matthew 5:16). We are to take action in declaring freedom for people in any form of captivity, and that includes sickness and disease. (Isaiah 61:1, Mark 16:17-18). Believers: Encourage yourselves in the Lord. (1 Samuel 30:6), then encourage one another. (1 Thessalonians 5:11) Remember that …'the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God.’ (Romans 8:19)

Touch of God Broadcast - Mar 7 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (27)
In this week's program on your Identity in Christ, we teach on Galatians chapter 5, verse 1 (ESV): -- For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery. How precious was, and is the blood of Christ, the perfect sacrifice for us, the undeserving human race. The finished works of our Lord include our release from being slaves to sin, sickness and disease and all works of the enemy (devil). How important is it now, then, to realize this Truth, and to believe and act free, and not to continue to be enslaved to the ways of our old father, the devil Satan. For the believer is now truly born-again, dead to its old self. All things now being new. (2 Cor 5:17). The believer is now blessed from on high with a new spirit, in which God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit indwell. That new spirit which is us, being set free from generational curses if any existed before the old baptism unto death with Jesus. (Romans 6:4). Now all that’s left to do is believe. Believing by being transformed... by renewing the mind... which means reading what God says about us and everything, and.... believing.

Touch of God Broadcast - Feb 29 2020 - Your Identity In Christ (26)
In this week's program on your Identity in Christ, we teach on Romans 5. We were all affected by Adam and Eve's decision to obey the devil instead of the Lord in the Garden of Eden (see Genesis 3:6). Romans 5:18-19 (ESV) 18 Therefore, as one trespass[f] led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness[g] leads to justification and life for all men. 19 For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous. The one who trespassed was Adam. The One who died for us was the Last Adam - JESUS.
