BONUS: A Short PSA on Mental Health

I took a couple weeks off because I've been struggling with mental health.

If you're struggling, you're not alone.

Talking to someone can help a lot.

Be back soon with another, much happier episode that actually has to do with training.

99 - Building Your Ideal Strength Program

Download the new strength guide here!

Strength matters - and not just to running performance. It's also key to living a long, healthy life as a human being.

But your program has to work for you.

In this episode, I break down my assessment process and how you can adjust your strength training to fit your personal needs.

Fair warning, this one's probably better on video.

97 - House Fires, Run Streaks, and Chihuahuas w/ Ray Berlanga

Ray's GoFundMe

This episode I'm speaking with Ray Berlanga.

Ray and his dog Tapatio are a shining light in the ultra community - always running with a smile and bringing joy to those who see them in person or on Instagram.

Ray and I got together to discuss how we can train around unexpected schedule shifts, even during a big training block.

For example, Ray recently had a fire at his condo - see the link to the GoFundMe above - and we're working around that to get him out and running for another ultra in about a month.

Hope you enjoy the episode!
