Having a spinal injury is extremely traumatic for the person and literally rips their life apart for family and friends. I went from being physically fit, strong and healthy too being dependent on carers and relying on a power chair for mobility.I thought life was over, in this podcast I talk about my recovery and hospital time. I talk about going skiing for the first time and maintaining a passion for outdoor pursuits. I talk about travelling and overcoming obstacles and barriers.
