Tribe of Unicorns

What is dream alignment with Gabrielle Kristjanson
Gabrielle Kristjanson, Founder of Dream Alignment, is joining us in today's episode! She is a wife and mother living in Australia but originally from Canada. You're all going to love her! After years of trying to fit into a "normal" life, she made a sharp left and returned to the world of alternative healing that she grew up in, dove in head first to entrepreneurship and now train practitioners in Dream Alignment (which is a method that makes big goals happen faster, gentler, and easier by recalibrating the bioenergetic field for energetic alignment). Dream Alignment is based on the idea that all resistance originates from unprocessed ancestral trauma stored in the field that is messing with your mojo today. Using her special process, trauma is released and the field is restored to its original setting and the result is that you can unleash your true potential and be the person you were always meant to be in this life. Listen to her journey and how she gets there in today's episode! These are the topics that we'll talk about: Past experiences and past lives Learn and move on Relationship with your child/family Resistance and egos Your true potential Understanding the meaning of love Thank you for always supporting the Tribe. Listen in and let me know what you got from this episode. Connect with Gabrielle on her website: and on Facebook at:

Ready to start a business? With coach, Sarah Klein
Today we are here with Sarah Klein, Business Coach.  She came to this work because she personally experienced and saw how much perfectionism holds people back in business and in life. "In the effort to be perfect (especially as women), we end up not taking action or playing small. But we don't need perfect, because we can always choose forward." That attitude is what led her to create her first two businesses, which were filled with successes and failures.  Essentially, by choosing forward rather than perfection, She now has the life, and business, that are perfect for her. And her clients as well. From going from years of procrastinating to launching their offer in just 1 month, to getting to 5 figure months in the first 5 months of business, her clients take massive action, not perfect action, and achieve astounding results. Here are the topics to be excited about: why mindset is the number one key to achieving your goals in life, but especially in business why everyone should start a business at least once in a life why the business doesn't "have to" be hard how to consume less from experts and create more from your own zone of genius how to make high-stake decisions with confidence what prioritization and commitment actually look like, and how you can actually start doing it in your life why there is no such thing as The Right Answer Thanks as always for supporting the Tribe. Let's talk about Impatient Ambition
I'm obsessed with this episode. I met Coach Jennie online in a group we're both a part of and her words just jumped off the page. How many of us know EXACTLY what Jennie is talking about when she says the term "impatient ambition"? ME!!! As an artist and creative brain, I have known this bubbly burning feeling my whole life but never had a term describe it so perfectly. I have all these ideas and goals and the list keeps growing, but things and blocks keep getting in my way... Does this resonate with you?  Listen to this one to learn all about: How we get in our own way and hold ourselves back from being the badasses we truly are Our inner Hildas (we all have them) and why it's important to listen to her and not try to silence her The importance of giving yourself credit and celebrating your wins How we can borrow confidence from our different areas of expertise to achieve growth in another area (I didn't know you could do this!) Fear of starting over with Kendra Beavis
How many times in our life have we had to turn a new page? I'm sure you've been a position when you've had to start something again, whether it was a file being corrupted or a major life choice like changing career paths or starting a new relationship. Sometimes we hold back from making a choice because we feel like we'll be starting over. I've heard people say I don't want to start at the beginning again...I don't want to start from scratch. I am going to show you in this episode how starting over can oftentimes produce better results and we are going to shift your mindset by changing that term to "starting new".

Love is the reason for the season
December is a magical time for coming together and remembering our humanity. It's easy to get swept away in the hustle and bustle and making sure you check every box for creating a magical Christmas or Hanukkah or Kwanzaa whatever the holiday you may be gearing up for, sometimes the chaos can get the better of us. I'm encouraging you to remember the warmth of this season and lean into those feelings. Empathy, love, magic, joy, wonder and awe... these feelings that come with this time of the year should be the focus. I invite you to listen to this episode and make a list instead of presents and things you have to accomplish, let's make a list of how we can gift the world with our love this season.

Are you living with a limitless mindset? With Claire Conway
Do you believe that you are limited? In this episode, I'm speaking with Clare Conway co-owner of Ringlet Studios who was also recently featured as one of Forbes #next1000 'The Upstart of Entrepreneurs Redefining the American Dream'. We start our talk with a question...what happens when you grow up with the idea that you are limitless? That's exactly how Claire grew up... She started a clothing drive at age 9 because she was astonished that there were people who didn't have the means to have basic necessities. And why shouldn't a nine-year-old have the power to change the world around her? With a very supportive mother helping her facilitate her plan, she took action and made a difference in other people's lives and her own.  Claire has now created a career around teaching women entrepreneurs how to embody the same limitless mindset, guiding them to achieve their goals and then dream even bigger.  Connect with Claire by checking out her unicorn page at or visit her on Instagram @claireconway___

The teacher is always the student
I'm never going to say I'm perfect. As a matter of fact perfection is not something I strive for. Aligned action and joy seeking is much more my style. So I was surprised when I was trying to write an email for this course that I'm about to launch and it took me 2 weeks and many tears and tons of conversations about how I didn't know what I was writing and how it sounded awful and should I even be doing this and what am I thinking and who am I to have these conversations and who am I to inspire people to change... You see the problem... And it's actually all came to a head this morning when I was writing content for one of my Instagram reels and realized oh my gosh I am my obstacle right now. Have you felt like this before have you found yourself being your own block? I'm sure we've all found ourselves in those places and here's how I dealt with it. With a little bit of humility and a lot of support from my tribe I was able to finally get past it this morning. Take a listen to the episode and let me know what you think is this you? What are your tips and tricks for getting through these moments?

Self critique or self critical... there is a difference
We all have that little voice inside your head that loves to point out the things you're doing wrong, or could be doing better, or more of... We know all know her — Today, I want you to stop ignoring her and start thanking her. These are really little alarm bells or alerts from our higher self to keep us on the right path when she sees something that is out of alignment. We are talking about letting go of the judgment and emotion around these critiques and being grateful that we are self-aware enough to make changes when these are brought to our attention.  Take a listen and let me know what you think. Do you have that voice? How do you handle self-criticism? BIG NEWS TRIBE! We now have an official newsletter. My Story - The journey to my brand new me
I've shared so many of my guests' stories with you, I wanted to now share my own. This is the story of how I came to find myself again after I left my ex-husband. Being married to a narcissist is a difficult thing to see from the inside. I didn't notice for many years what was going on. And when I did, it was hard to get out of it because I really had lost myself in the relationship. I didn't know who I was or what made me happy anymore. I had spent all my time and energy on everyone else and wasn't tuning into myself. It took a lot of time and getting back to knowing myself again... almost like I had to rediscover myself at this time and age to find the belief in myself to move forward in the direction I wanted to go in. I know so many women find themselves in this place at some point in their lives. You know you aren't happy, but don't know where to even start. This is my story of figuring that out and falling in love with myself again and creating a path to move forward on. Sometimes we need to define a new "true north" in order to know what direction to turn to begin. I hope this story finds you if you are in this place or have experienced something similar. I truly believe in your power and know you can accomplish anything you desire. You are the creator of your story - no one else. I believe in you!

HSP coach Barbera - what is a highly sensitive person and how can It become your superpower
Another fantastic episode with the most amazing guest. Barbera Schouten is a Transformation & Empowerment Coach specifically for HSPs which stands for a highly sensitive person. I'm sure a lot of you will listen to this episode and have the holy s*** moments that I had. What I love most about what Barbera is how vulnerable she's been to share her personal story of discovery but also how we can take the personality traits of an HSP and use them to our advantage and become our superpower.  Have you ever been told...  "You’re far too sensitive, you have to learn to shield yourself more" "You shouldn’t take everything to heart" "You really need to develop a thicker skin" "Don’t get so worked up about it, just let it go" You might be an HSP After discovering she was an HSP, Barbera was able to understand herself better. "I am not weird, I am not strange, there is nothing wrong with me and, most of all: there are other people like me!! It really felt like coming home to myself and the more I read, the more I understand myself and the more insight I get into my own user manual." Barbera is talking about how to take charge of your inner self. Realize that the only reason you haven't accomplished what you want in life is because you never fully used your gifts and capacities. By not fully embracing your uniqueness and sensitivity, you are actually sabotaging yourself over and over again. As a self-diagnosed HSP myself, I've personally used this to be able to understand a project better, be able to visualize the final outcome quicker and relate better to my clients. If you think you're an HSP I encourage you to reach out to Barbara. or visit her unicorn page for all the things: This is for the Intuitive Empath that wants to connect with their passion and their hearts desire. This is for the Mission-Driven Soulpreneur who wants to get paid to really make a difference in the world This is for the Highly Sensitive Person who wants to use their sensitivity, intuition, empathy and other gifts and talents as their superpower. It's for the Ambitious Alien that wants to learn how to embrace their unique alienness and connect to their soul's purpose. This is for the Sensitive Leader that's tired of feeling sick and tired, tired of feeling drained at the end of the day and is ready to feel like their effortless, authentic self. It is for the Expert that's sick of feeling like running a business equals a struggle. This is for you. How to turn crisis into opportunity with coach Caryl Mix
Most of us have found ourselves in crisis over our lifetimes. There was a time in my life where I lived in a crisis situation almost daily. I was going through a very dark time in my life and when I realized that I was the one putting myself in these situations it really changed the game for me. There's a certain energy that you get when you're in a crisis situation. Almost like adrenaline. And I realized that I was addicted to crisis because of the dramatic energy that it gave to me. I was consistently putting myself in situations that provided that drama. Our guest today Caryl Mix, life strategist, and business coach, is going to be speaking on this idea of being in crisis all the time. She describes her realization in the part that she played in her own crisis situations. She's going to tell us how she took her power back and how you can too. Caryl now looks at these times in her life Not as a setback or debilitating but as an incredible opportunity for growth. Grab a cup of coffee and a pen and paper because you're going to want to take notes. You can connect with Caryl on her Unicorn page: If you are loving the episodes I would really appreciate hearing from you or seeing your rating.

The one with Jayne Sanders - Purpose Whisperer
How do you find your purpose?  Many (including myself) believe we are all here with an ingrained life purpose — a mission or reason for existing in this time and place. For me, it started as a tug or whisper that there was something I was supposed to be doing to raise the vibe of the community. Meeting Jayne Sanders was a blessing and beacon on this journey to finding my purpose. First, what is hand analysis? The lines in your hands mimic the neural pathways in your brain; the system was developed over 40 years analyzing over 30,000 hands; it is used by neurologists, therapists, coaches; no predictions involved. Jayne discusses how she interprets the links and marks in your hands and fingers to reveal your innate purpose, special gifts, and blind spots for the purpose of guiding you into the inspired meaning, passion, and fulfillment you crave in life and work. While talking with Jayne this idea intrigued me enough that I decided to go through the process myself. After receiving my kit in the mail, I carefully captured my handprints and sent them back to Jayne. Our analysis calls really blew my mind. Everything she was saying was spot on. She knew my strengths and weaknesses. And they weren't just general things that could be applied to everyone. They were very specific issues that I tend to struggle with — laid out in front of me as if I wrote them myself. I couldn't believe how my hands could tell her all these details. The cumulative analysis and life purpose at the end that was clarified for me rings true with everything I have felt at my core. I walked away from this experience with bold confidence that the direction I am headed in is not just correct but backed by proof. I know we don't need permission from something else to move in a direction, but sometimes a little nudge or guidance helps. That's what this analysis has done for me. I knew which way I wanted to turn, I just wasn't sure if I could or should. It was another limb on the tree to my growth and I'm so thankful to Jayne for the guidance and clarity. If you would like to connect with Jayne she is offering our audience a discount on her Scientific Hand Analysis package. Visit her unicorn page on to get the discount link. Or click here to book your session.  — A bit about Jayne Sanders: Jayne is a Scientific Hand Analyst, as well as a Life Coach in the areas of Purpose, Spiritual, and Law of Attraction. She has been featured in FORBES with an article about her work. Jayne Sanders helps leaders, business owners, and managers love their lives and their work.

The one with Captain Ahab - Making excuses to take chances
If a three-foot-tall, forty-pound, bright yellow, wooden fisherman/wannabe pirate captain can achieve his goals you have no excuse not to… That's what this episode is all about!  How many times have you made an excuse NOT to do something... I'm too old; too tired; too big; too small; not ready... What I love about this guest and his take on life is we're flipping that idea on it's little wooden yellow head and changing the narrative. We want you to make excuses TO DO SOMETHING. Make an excuse to take action instead of inaction. In this episode, you'll hear Geeg Wiles tell the story of a 70-year family tradition that covers the globe and his mission to inspire you blast through your own excuses and COMMANDEER YOUR OWN LIFE.  By having re-imagined the purpose behind something old, neglected, and even ordinary, Geeg inspires others to find the extraordinary in their own lives and seize a refreshing outlook on what’s possible. The one with Sandra Chaney - pain to purpose
I am so inspired by everyone that's been on the podcast and Sandra Chaney is no exception. I think you'll all really relate to her moment of clarity when she was speaking in a women's shelter and realized that their story was also her story. I'm sure we've all had these aha moments when we realize something huge about our life that we were unaware of and sometimes it's dark. But Sandra brings the light. She took her trauma and used it as a catalyst to find her purpose. After leaving her corporate job, she has created an empowerment coaching business and nonprofit and grant strategist. Her purpose is to empower women to transform their minds and heal their souls to live their best in life and business. Take a listen and let me know if you relate to this story and what you got out of this episode. The one with Karen Bemmes — Personality Coach Unicorn
Live your best life powered by personality! Karen Bemmes, personality coach is on the show. I have been on a journey of self-discovery and balance these last few years and after speaking with Karen I was mind-blown. In the past I didn’t understand that we all have different personality types. I knew that on some level, but didn’t realize how it is really such a large part of how we function and think. Karen’s premise is EVERYONE has a good personality—when they are in balance. It’s really about understanding your personality type and getting in balance and THEN using that knowledge to interact with other people and align yourself with THEIR personality types. So in the past when I thought someone was rude for saying or doing something that didn’t fit what I thought was “normal”, I am now realizing that it’s what their personality type deems “normal”. In this episode we’re talking about: Personality types What is DISC Is personality type genetic? Personality types influenced by culture Did this concept change something in you or intrigue you? Connect with Karen through all the links below. Take a listen and connect with me on Instagram to let me know what you thought of this episode.

Process and creativity with Tanya Heidrich
Tanya Heidrich is on the show today — a.k.a., Stillo Noir! Tanya is an accomplished pattern artist, illustrator, and muralist. I had the joy of speaking with her about her process, staying inspired, and business development and marketing. Pulling her inspiration from the world around her, Tanya is able to simplify that vision down to its most basic forms and create amazing patterns and murals. Her black and white, clean style is something you must check out. Tanya's tips on navigating your own creative career: Create, build and promote the work that you want to be hired for. Don't get stuck in one form of digital promotion. Test out several platforms so you don't fall prey to the algorithms. Reach out IRL and network to people - not platforms. Know your value. Don't work for free or undervalue yourself. Take a listen — two creative ladies talking shop. Enjoy! You can connect with Tanya through her website or Instagram or visit her Unicorn Page

The one with Miriam Grunhaus
I love this episode. It hits home on so many levels for me. I had the honor of speaking with Miriam Grunhaus, CEO, author, fashion designer and general amazing human soul. She's sharing the idea of kintsugi. Kintsugi is the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with gold. After going through the process, the piece actually becomes more valuable. Miriam has taken this idea and created a method to healing yourself. She believes that you should never be ashamed of the things that have broken you because they can also be the things that make us stronger. Wear your scars with pride!  If this episode speaks to you and you would like to know more about Miriam and her Health With Gold method, visit her unicorn page for all her details and links.

The One with Tia Crystal
It’s a groundbreaking episode over here at Tribe of Unicorns because we have in our midst an internationally renowned visionary artist unicorn. And here’s the overarching message for her and any artist that we think you’ll love: What you create doesn’t matter... Allow us to explain… Tia Crystal has run the gamut in creativity, from creating jewelry to fine art. She has no limits, and it’s so damn refreshing! Listen as you learn about finding her soul’s path and what that means to you. Three takeaways from this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast. Because creativity tends to be viewed as unstructured, it comes off with a negative connotation. But it doesn’t have to be like that. Some of the most beautiful expressions are messy. Ask yourself: What is the focus of this season of my life? Money comes after passion. Time is our biggest commodity, and we can waste so much of it wondering where the money is going to come from, trying to fit into the box that society wants us to be in, and questioning our desires. Take a page from Tia and craft a new story. Paint it the way you want it to be. When you live authentically, you honor your health, friendship, family, love, compassion, camaraderie, and community. You honor your heart. Of course, this will fill you up in your personal life, and in your business, it attracts people to you. So many are lonely; they are looking for validation. Live as yourself, and you may be able to provide it to them. Follow your destiny, and your whole life will change. Thanks for tuning in to Tribe of Unicorns. If you like what we have to say, please share this episode, and leave us a review—especially if it's a nice one. Make sure to check out Tia’s Website! Remember, there is nothing more empowering than a tribe of unicorns manifesting dreams and aspirations. You are one. Never forget your power. Until next time...

#2021 Strategy Series - The One with Billy Reuter
We’re betting you’ve never met a life and career coaching unicorn! Billy Reuter is Kendra’s personal life strategist and performance coach, and she’s all aflutter about sharing the airwaves with him! He’s talking about his IDEAL Life method and how it’s going to change your life.  Four takeaways from this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast.  There is magic in counting your daily wins. It seems small, but it’s all about the mindset shift and acknowledging progress.  Take stock of what you need to change so you can stop missing out. No bad-mouthing yourself allowed. Just realize the truth and do something about it.  See all the opportunities of who you can be. You’re not just an entrepreneur or parent; you are whoever you dream of. Don’t forget, sometimes; labels can suck. Do you connect with other people better than yourself?  Don’t know where to start to change things, ask yourself what your story is. Is your perspective your prison or your power? When you are honest with yourself, you can get on the road to seeing yourself in a shinier light, and that influences your entire LIFE.  Thanks for tuning in to Tribe of Unicorns. If you like what we have to say, please share this episode, and leave us a review—especially if it's a nice one.  Make sure to check out Billy’s links or visit: to see how to connect with Billy. The One with Leah Jantzen
Leah Jantzen is is our scrappy unicorn! Staying scrappy is her secret sauce. What is being scrappy? It's the idea that you can figure out a way to accomplish any goal without having all the fancy tools and best equipment... If you're scrappy, you grind through and piece together a solution.  We are so grateful that she is here to remind us that as long as you are moving, you are making progress. And sometimes that progress leads to being in the top 1% of triathletes in the world. Trust us, you want to tune in! Leah is most recently working with athletes who are looking for their own secret formula to level up. With her gift of intuition, she can tell people what they need to hear so they can get out of their own way and reach their finish line. But her method and strategy work for business too! Listen up, entrepreneurs! Three takeaways from this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast. Go deep with less - choosing very few things that you want to focus on and going ALL IN! Pick things that you actually want to do - not what you think you're supposed to do. Focus on yourself and what YOU are doing and your progress. Don't compare yourself to someone else's story. That's not you... you're going to get there in your own way, but comparing will tie into your fear. You do you! Leah's answer to "How do you do it?" is genius. "I'm just more comfortable being uncomfortable than you". Leah wants you to know that you can practice that and even get good at it. Think of it the way that she does when she is training: this is your practice, and eventually, you will be a pro. Take it an increment at a time and challenge your own best. Even, and especially, scrappy unicorns can best themselves. You just have to decide to do it and then don’t stop. That’s the genius of the scrappy system. You scrape together what you need to do however you need to do it, and that’s your system. It doesn’t have to be pretty or savvy. It simply has to work. Thanks for tuning in to Tribe of Unicorns. If you like what we have to say, please share this episode, and leave us a review—especially if it's a nice one. Make sure to check out Leah on our site, too! Remember, there is nothing more empowering than a tribe of unicorns manifesting dreams and aspirations. You are one. Never forget your power. Until next time...

The One with - Amanda Cottrell
After noticing gaps in children’s education, today’s whip-smart unicorn and owner of the company Art, Mindfulness, and Creativity, Amanda Cottrell, took the challenge to improve resources into her own hands. She wrote a series of children’s books to support kids in expressing themselves mindfully, to better connect to their creativity. We love unicorns that take on the world! In taking deep intellectual and mental dives, Amanda helps children better express themselves than they might be able to do through the same-ol-same-ol curriculum that’s been peddled for pretty much decades. Three takeaways from this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast. Amanda’s latest book is called, What Do You Learn at School, and what’s really cool is that it gets kids thinking in different ways about the information they take in and how they are supposed to use it. One of the questions in the book is: “What will you remember in 20 years?” The way we are teaching has changed, and Amanda believes that educating children should include instructing them in how to strive and be empowered. Can anyone say “overdue?” Did you know your body language affects your life? #mindblown. We are a society filled with too many things and anxious people, and we haven’t learned how to calm our anxieties. For most people, it’s just getting worse. As an adult who can reason, imagine what our children are going through. These are important lifelong skills Amanda is teaching. To connect with Amanda and learn more about helping your kids and yourself, get in touch here: Art, Mindfulness, and Creativity.  Or check out her page on Thanks for tuning in to Tribe of Unicorns. The One with Kacie Merendino - Mermaid Unicorn
Spiritual teacher and healer Kacie Merendino is the purpose-shifting, spiritual teacher and healer unicorn who lives her life to help other people define theirs. Her jam is inspiring and educating women to be their best selves. And just as each woman is different, so is the work she performs for them. Her job description might be the coolest of all time: removing blocks, working on meditation, tapping into angels and spirit guides, or doing inner child work. Amidst all this incredible immersion into each woman she helps is a wonderful community of people bolstering it all.  Three takeaways from this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast. Surface goals like wanting to lose weight or clear up acne are always connected to underlying goals. Once these goals are identified, the real work can start. Whole wellness focuses on healing all parts of the mind, body, spirit, and heart. This healing makes the biggest impact on your life. Did you know that you can use the cosmic energy of the moon’s phases to tell you when to strive and when to rest? If the way you’re living feels off, you might want to consider this.  Kacie teaches women that there are real and amazing ways to reset, refocus, and look at your life differently. She’s not exactly mainstream, and that’s the point. Did you know that self-sabotage might mean that you have inner child work to do? Isn’t your mind blown after reading that?  Find out more about Kacie and see all her links by vising the Kacie page on the Tribe of Unicorns site To connect directly with Kacie and learn more about yourself, get in touch here: Kacie Merendino.  You definitely want to make sure that you access your free gift from her, too. You are one. Never forget your power. Until next time...

The One with Doc Peace - Transformational Rhythmic Speaker
Doc Peace graced the global stage, and now, she’s gracing our ears. This is a lady with a lot of letters behind her name as a transformational rhythmic speaker, empowerment guru, and best-selling author unicorn. Whew! Today, she’s helping you transform your mind, strengthen your voice, and enrich your life! These few minutes are like concentrated self-care. Doc Peace’s path to today was a bit windy. She began her career as a pharmacist, but it wasn’t enough, and so she charted the path of the guru. Now, she can better serve people and her passion using ALL her talents to help transformation seekers and wellness experts clearly define their purpose, message, and story and confidently advance toward their true purpose. Three takeaways from this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast. Follow Doc Peace’s lead if you want deeper conversations: if you open up to people, they will open up to you. Our subconscious runs over 90% of our entire minds. She defines success as “When your future self looks back at your present and smiles with pure contentment.” A gold dress signaling a needed change led to a re-immersion in spoken word, poetry, and writing--a love that dates back to when Doc Peace was twelve. She gave herself permission to give her childhood dreams a whirl. You can certainly do the same. So, give yourself permission, too. To connect with Doc Peace, go to: Doc Peace and make sure to join her Facebook group of fellow transformation seekers and achievers. The One With Jay Siano - Mold Breaking Unicorn
Jay Siano is the unicorn of branding and breaking the mold. As the CEO and founder of Sabre Real Estate Group, he knows a thing or two about building companies to last. One of the most impressive things about Jay is that he entered the world of real estate determined to show his true colors. At the time he was breaking into it, he did succumb to the dress code and wore suits and the whole nine, but that wasn’t good enough for him and his need to be authentic (which we can all learn from!). Three takeaways from this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast. You can be a newcomer anywhere in any industry and show up as you. The people who want to be around you (and that you want to be around) will show up. The rest will show themselves the door. Lead with your reputation...but make sure it’s stellar. Ensure you are pulled by what you do. You can’t push yourself hard enough to do something you’re not passionate about. Listen, there’s a lot of noise out there! You can’t break through it unless you differentiate yourself. But this is your quick solution. You don’t have to search long and hard to figure this out. That’s another benefit of being yourself. One of Jay’s fave sayings is: “Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency.” Becoming the person you want to be in your dreams is going to take work. It’s not as simple as creating a profile and then getting millions of followers. All of the flash and shine is preceded by relentless execution. So, if you’re just starting out, don’t lose your drive and momentum to keep going. As one of Kendra’s fave sayings goes: “Rest, don’t quit.”

The One With Benedict - Breathing Space Unicorn
Today’s unicorn is a master of breathing! Benedict Beaumont is a breathwork facilitator, and he shares in this episode how being in a meditative state helps increase brain function and clarity. That’s something we always want more of! First off, we started the show taking little short breaths together, so we could feel the difference it makes in our body. If you want to follow along, make sure to tune in! Former rock band member, teacher, vegetarian, et al., Ben noted when his life went bang (his word), and he started going off the rails of his purpose, that he should really be moving about the world. Then he became an avid traveler. This is where he met a breathwork facilitator, leading to his new specialty. Three takeaways from this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast. This is a very different kind of transportive breathing. Not like yoga. Breathwork hits on all the areas where you want it to work, physical, mental, emotional... If you think you need breathwork, you’re right! If you want to learn how to breathe correctly (as nature designed you to), tape your mouth shut! No, really! But we don’t recommend taping anyone else’s shut--no matter how strong the urge ;) After you work through the weirdness, get ready for the transformation. Breathwork is a reboot for your brain! It enables you to do more, be more efficient. Stay focused on the path you are supposed to be on, and clear the fog that more and more of us experience since we are bombarded all the time by all the things! Could this be your ticket to the abundance you have always dreamt about? To connect with Ben and check out his services, go to: Make Some Breathing Space You get 50% off his services just for being a listener. Use the code: PODCAST 50. Thanks for tuning into Tribe of Unicorns. If you like what we have to say, please share this episode, and leave us a review—especially if it's a nice one. The One With Wani Manly - Legal Entrepreneur Unicorn
We’ve got a legal eagle on our hands today— or rather, a legal UNICORN! Wani Manly is shedding light the legal to-dos shouldn’t be put off when we are starting a creative business. And you know I would never “should” you unless it was THAT important. You should be legally protecting yourself and your business. You should know what your legal structure should be and you should listen to this episode if all that sounds like greek to you. As a corporate business lawyer, entrepreneur, best-selling author, certified Zumba instructor, human designer, and self-professed manifesting generator, Wani’s energy is enviable. Drew’s advice for launching and lasting...service, service, service! He started his podcasts and wrote his books simply to help people. So, if your business is lagging, take a look at what you are offering people. Is it enough? Is it about them? Listen to this episode of the Tribe of Unicorns podcast to “Be true to the way you’re wired,” as Drew states. If you don’t want to post certain things because it doesn’t feel authentic, don’t. The One With Vanessa Gordon - The Media Unicorn
Vanessa Gordon is talented and tenacious, and now, she is officially a unicorn!  As the publisher and founder of East End Taste Magazine, a digital publication and social media platform based in the Hamptons, New York. Vanessa has lived every minute of her life as a creative-preneur, "crayoning" stories as a kid, authoring a story at thirteen and publishing a novel.  Three takeaways from this episode...  There’s a lot of power up for grabs — But there’s also a lot of phony baloney. Get good at figuring out which is which.  Freelance jobs can lead to full-time jobs. Vanessa started pitching pubs and brands and became a media maven with her finger on the pulse of the Hamptons.  Stop giving away your value for free!  After yacht-hopping, tastings, covetous trips, and a total dream job collaborating with brands and growing her blog into a publication, Vanessa has emerged with serious experience and leadership. That's a passion worth celebrating!  Thanks for tuning into Tribe of Unicorns. If you like what we have to say, please share this episode, and leave us a review—especially if it's a nice one. The one with Divya - From engineer to game designer
From engineer to designer. The path of an artist is never linear. Grab a cup of coffee and let's get started!  I discovered Divya on one of my many rabbit hole visits to Instagram. Her vibrant, smart posts stopped me in my tracks. Scrolling through her IG feed is like candy for a creative brain. Her content speaks about the creative process in such a relatable way that makes me come back daily to see what she's thought of next. You read her posts and think... YES! Me too! I thought I was the only one! It's a delicious trip. So naturally, when I was curating a list of people to bring onto my podcast I reached out to introduce myself and beg her to come on and do an episode. Thankfully she agreed and we had the first of many conversations to come. INSTAGRAM | ALL THINGS DIVYA | THE HOW OF CREATIVE WORK
