When I name myself as a DEVELOPER, I think about how that helps me SEE POTENTIAL IN OTHERS, SUPPORT THEIR GROWTH, RECOGNIZE THEIR NEW BEHAVIOR, AND CONTINUE TO ENCOURAGE THEM.
