As traders it so easy to get too comfortable in the chair. In this short podcast I share what I have done to balance the need to move around and not become too sloth-like. While this is not meant to be a weight loss podcast, as Backpack Traders, we do need to remain spry and have the ability to do the things we love to do once our trading has done its work. Check out how I keep the blood flowing and combat the tendency to be too sedentary.

I also made a commitment to the world to drop 10 pounds!! I figure if I put it out there you guys would all hold me accountable. How about doing the same thing? Small steps can add up to a lot and as a community we can all help one another achieve the best lifestyle we can ever imagine for ourselves.

As far as trading goes, we'll be focusing a lot of forex for a while. Forex swing trading is right in the wheelhouse of the Backpack Trader theme. All we have to do is check out charts 5 to 15 minutes per day, at some point in the evening, and that's about it. We love low maintenance trading that can pretty much take care of itself and that's what we're going to be focused on. Would love to hear from you on that as well.
