#07 - The Fickleness of Emotions
It's pretty easy to make certain decisions when we feel a certain way. But have you ever wondered what brought about those emotions? Taking a step back to re-assess the situation is essential to making better decisions.
This episode was just that. A product of a late but necessary re-assessment of some situations I found myself in.
So listen as I take you through my 'mind journey' with this episode on the fickleness of emotions.
This episode is also available as an article on Medium if you'd prefer to read it. Find the link attached below.

#06 - Satisfying Work: Things to Consider as you Explore
As young adults, our jobs are an integral part of our lives, and if it stresses us out, there's a high chance it will affect other areas of our lives. This is why it's essential to find that thing you would enjoy doing in the long run. Sorting that out would be a big win on the path to living a rich and fulfilling life.
For a better understanding, the ideas shared in this episode are explained in Chapter 18 (The truth about Talent) of Atomic Habits by James Clear.

#02 - 2021: Lessons Learned
In this episode, I shared five things I learnt in the year 2021. I talked about setting smart goals, taking risks, overthinking, focusing on your growth, and being real with God.
If you're reading this shownote, and you catch me talking or acting contrary what I said in this episode, know that I probably haven't internalised these things yet. And that's lesson number 6 y'all. You never 'fully' learn anything because there's always room for a better understanding and a wiser application of all you learn.
So, feel free to share one thing you learnt in 2021 with me.

#01 - Handling Quarter-Life Crisis
It's a pilottt!!
In this episode, I share a few tips and thoughts on the idea of 'figuring out life', 'the comparison game', and finding potential career paths.
There are various causes of quarter-life crisis and I definitely didn't address them all in fifteen minutes. However, I'm confident that you'll leave with a few tips that'll help you stay on top of whatever situation you (or a friend) find yourselves in.
By the way, this is my first episode, so don't be overly judgemental. Lol.
I promise to get better.
