You've heard of St David, now find out about his aunt! St Dwynwen, is the Welsh patron saint of lovers. In this upcoming audio drama, hear the story that lead to her sainthood based of several versions of her legend. In loving memory of Helena Creak, who was full of more love than Dwynwen herself. Written and Directed by Andrew Creak. Dwynwen was played by Violet Rees, Brychan by Tony Fyler, Maelon was Joey Winniatt-Lewis, the Angel was played by Sara-Jane Walters and the servant was played by Max Gronow. Mari was played by Ella Stockton(pronounced tun), Alice by Laura-Jayne Hunt, and the waiter was played by Hari Cole. Other parts played by the cast. 1945, Victory in Europe Day, Barbra is a young woman who did her bit alongside her husband Ian during the Second World War, they both decide to go out and celebrate, but Ian has reservations about the future. Jump to 2020 and Barbra gets a video call from her family who reflect on the importance of this day. Lucky Dip: Seventy Five was written by Andrew Creak.
