It happened...Better Call Saul has officially ended and it’s been a very sad week for all of us BCS fans. Luckily, this series finale did not disappoint so join Gabe and Luke for our final Better Call Saul discussion on a newly released episode. This series finale titled “Saul Gone”, written and directed by Peter Gould was everything we could’ve asked for. Just a perfect send off for Jimmy McGill and Kim Wexler, and an incredibly emotional and cathartic episode of TV. Thank you to anyone who tuned in for these weekly Saul episodes, it was quite a ride!

Gabe and Luke are back for another new Better Call Saul episode and wow was there a lot to talk about with this penultimate episode titled “Waterworks". The return of Kim Wexler totally destroyed us and we felt this was easily one of the strongest instalments of the entire show. Vince is a master of his craft and Rhea Seehorn somehow continues to top herself, further cementing Kim Wexler as one of TV’s greatest characters. What a show, what an episode and we are so sad the series finale is just days away, we don’t want this to end but can’t wait to see how it all wraps up!

Gabe and Luke return for their weekly Better Call Saul discussion and this was a massive episode! This instalment titled “Breaking Bad” brilliantly weaved together two timelines and had some familiar faces make a memorable return! With Gene going off the deep end, there was so much to talk about and the sadness increases as we get closer and closer to the end of this phenomenal story.

Gabe and Luke are back for their weekly Better Call Saul discussion as we got another new episode and this one was a very memorable instalment! This week’s episode titled “Nippy” was completely different then the previous emotionally exhausting ones and we thoroughly enjoyed our first stand alone Gene-centric experience. Tons of fun for us talking about it as usual. See you next week as we inch closer and closer to the imminent conclusion of this masterpiece!

Gabe and Luke are back for their weekly Better Call Saul discussion as the best show on TV inches closer and closer to its conclusion with each new episode. Only 4 to go now but this week’s instalment titled “Fun and Games” was absolutely devastating and brought so many stories to a close as it ushers the show into a completely new phase. So many things to talk about and we have no clue where it goes from here but we had a blast breaking it all down as usual!

The best show on TV has returned for its final 6-episode run and boy did it come back with a bang! Gabe and Luke are extremely excited to be talking about a new Better Call Saul episode again and this instalment titled “Point and Shoot” was one of the most jam packed and thrilling ones yet! We really are in the endgame now and we had a blast going in-depth as usual. The writer/director combo of Gordon Smith and Vince Gilligan never disappoints and the entire cast brought their A++ game to what will go down as one of the most memorable and high stakes episodes of the entire show.

July 11th can’t come soon enough so in the meantime we figured it was worth recording a new Better Call Saul episode to get extra excited! Join Gabe and a fan of both the TV Sessions podcast and Better Call Saul...Omar! We decided to invite one of our listeners on and we had a blast going in-depth on our favourite show. As is TV Sessions tradition, we shared some nerdy lists including: a top 10 favourite episodes of the show, ranking every episode of Season 6A and listing our favourite scenes from the season so far. We end off by looking ahead to these last 6 and getting hyped for the imminent conclusion of this masterpiece! After a month off, TV Sessions is back with a new episode! While we await the back half of Better Call Saul’s final season, Gabe and Luke return with a discussion of a new season for another stellar show, Season 3 of HBO's Barry! For the first half of the pod we share our rankings of every show we’ve watched this year before breaking down this bold and ambitious season of TV orchestrated by Bill Hader. As always we go in-depth by getting into our favourite characters, episodes and scenes and we are very much looking forward to Season 4!

Gabe and Luke are back to talk about the mid-season finale of Better Call Saul’s final season! Wow, it is hard to put into words how phenomenal this episode was but we did our best by breaking down as much as we could. We ended up with our longest episode reaction yet but we really felt this one deserved it. This masterful episode titled “Plan and Execution” written and directed by Tom Schnauz will go down as one of TV’s greatest episodes. So many emotions, so much payoff and an ending scene that may go down as one of the most shocking things we’ve ever seen. The Saul team left us with so much to think about and we can’t wait until July 11th! This is as good as TV ever gets! 

Gabe and Luke are back to talk about another new Better Call Saul episode, this week’s instalment is titled “Axe and Grind” and was directed by Giancarlo Esposito! With the first half of the season winding down, we had some drinks to celebrate and the passion is at an all time high! We ended up with a discussion over double the length of our previous live reaction episodes! There was so much to talk about here, especially the complexity of Kim Wexler, and of course we had tons of fun rambling on the greatness of this show yet again!

Luke is back for the second week in a row to talk with Gabe about another new episode of Better Call Saul! This week’s episode titled “Black and Blue” was another classic Saul slow burner. Turns out there were some slight disagreements on the quality of this one but we still had a great time breaking it all down, especially the return of a favourite character!

We start off catching up with Luke’s thoughts on the season so far before getting into detail on this week’s episode titled “Hit and Run.” What a great episode! What a finale! Succession did it again with yet another masterful season and wow did things end with a bang. Join Gabe and Kat as they break down a very memorable finale with an outstanding final stretch. Thanks to anyone who joined the ride and listened for these weekly Succession episodes. We will miss covering this show for now but are highly anticipating Season 4, this wait will be tough!

For today’s episode we have Part 2 of our currently watching series on Succession and The Americans! In these episodes, Gabe and Luke go in-depth on two prestige dramas that they’re each currently watching for the first time. Luke just finished Succession Season 2 so in the first half, we go in-depth on what was a phenomenal season of Television and discuss where we think the show will be heading. Gabe just finished Seasons 3 & 4 of The Americans so in the second half, we go in-depth on this show's slow improvement and what aspects have stood out the most.
