The December edition of Kaleidopod has so many Christmas goodies that we had to split it into two parts! Part 2 includes rare clips from classic shows Double Your Money, The Magic Roundabout, Dee Time, Begger My Neighbour, Oh Brother, All Gas and Gaiters, Not In Front of the Children, The Eamonn Andrews Show (with Sean Connery), On The Buses, Father Dear Father, Please Sir! and Coronation Street.

The third and final Kaleidopod Special features rare BBC broadcasts covering the last moon landing by the crew of Apollo 17.

James Burke and Patrick Moore provide the commentary with help from Gene Shoemaker and Apollo 15 astronaut David Scott.

These unique recordings capture the excitement of the mission and a lament that this would be the last time this would happen for a very long time

Part 1 includes rare comedy clips from Mike Yarwood, Bob Monkhouse, Spike Milligan, Dudley Moore, Graeme Garden, Graham Chapman, Tim Brooke Taylor, Arthur Lowe and Warren Mitchell, plus interviews with Monty Python and Father Christmas.

In this specially extended episode we feature many 1960s radio recordings made by Ken Holmes for his Private Video Library, which include shows hosted by DJ's Alan Freeman, David Jacobs, Pete Murray, Dave Cash and Brian Matthew, with music including the Moody Blues, rare drama and comedy, and many news bulletins and continuity clips of the time.

To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Doctor Who, we play extracts of some of the lost audio of early episodes, and tell the story of how, in late 2018, Kaleidoscope was delighted to be contacted by one of our volunteers, Robert Wyn, who had been given some audio reels of Doctor Who off air recordings. As with all Kaleidoscope projects, we returned the material to the BBC free of charge so all may enjoy in the future.

The October edition of Kaleidopod includes interviews with Morecambe & Wise and Bob Monkhouse & Denis Goodwin, an extended discussion with playwrite Alan Plater, rare comedy clips from Terry Scott, Terry Thomas and Mike Yarwood, plus music from Georgia Brown

The August edition of Kaleidopod includes features on The Rolling Stones and Cliff Richard, early drama clips from "The Archers" and "Crossroads", rare comedy clips from "Sykes" and "Steptoe and Son", plus music from Bob Dylan and The Moody Blues.

The July edition of Kaleidopod features excerpts from News and Current Affairs of the 1950s and 1960s, early appearances and rare audio of Victor Borge and David Jason, amongst others, plus an extended interview with Trevor Bannister talking about his long career including "Are You Being Served?"

The June edition of Kaleidopod features early appearances and rare audio of Paul McCartney, Peter Cushing, Grace Kelly, Richard Stilgoe, Alan Bennett, Barry Took, Sean Connery, Kenny Everett, and the BBC Radiophonic Workshop amongst others, plus music from Johnnie Ray and Spike Milligan.

The May edition of Kaleidopod features early appearances and rare audio of Terry Nation, Denis Goodwin, Kenneth Williams, Bob Monkhouse, Dave Allen and Dick Emery amongst others, plus music from The Beatles, Elvis Costello and 10cc

The April edition of Kaleidopod features early appearances and rare audio of Benny Hill, The Beatles, Alfred Hitchcock, Frankie Howerd, Roy Hudd, and Eric Sykes amongst others, plus music from The Rolling Stones and The Goodies.

This first Special Edition of Kaleidopod for Easter features rare UK television audio from around the time of the President Kennedy assassination in November 1963.

How did television sound 60 years ago? We discover the days before the shooting, with children's TV shows, afternoon political phone-ins, lots of commercials and continuity, as well as news of the event as newsflashes and bulletins, and a moving epilogue.

The March edition of Kaleidopod features early appearances and rare audio of John Junkin, The Goodies, Bing Crosby, Spike Milligan, Harry H. Corbett, The Two Ronnies with John Cleese, and Jack Benny amongst others, plus music from The Shadows and Buddy Holly.

The February edition of Kaleidopod features early appearances and rare audio of Max Wall,  Benny Hill, Les Dawson, Jimmy Tabuck, Marlon Brando, Clint Eastwood, John Cleese, Michael Bentine and Christopher Lee amongst others, plus music from Blue Mink.
