Nathan is an ambitious brilliant individual who co-founded Mero. Mero is a company that allows tracking of bathroom traffic to optimize cleaning service expenses for commercial buildings. The company is incredibly interesting, they are a true startup that is growing immensely over the pandemic. I love what they are doing and I see so much potential in the work that they do. Brice is an incredibly accomplished entrepreneur well known for founding Wind Mobile(now Freedom Mobile). Brice took on many different roles during his time with Wind Mobile, where he developed an interesting perspective and process of solving the issues that came before him. He shares his experiences in his career and his philosophy of success.
My mission with this podcast is to find mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals and to share that information with my listeners. Brice talks about becoming a better mentee and providing value to mentors. The concept of providing value to a mentor was not something I considered previously, but it definitely will be something I will practice moving forward. His desire to do things differently and challenge the rules/expectations. Allowed him to push the envelope and build the Lemlist team into the company it is today.
When thinking about taking risks, I will be asking myself his question: "If everything goes wrong, what will happen. What will I lose?"
