I discuss why it is imperative that we all take time to heal from our emptiness, brokenness and loneliness before adding someone else into our lives. This is especially most imperative if children are to be had so that they are sure to be raised in households that only exude love.

Mental health is something that everyone battles with at some point in our being or even continuously. Loneliness and depression are not ailments to be ashamed of. There is help! It is not only impractical to assume that someone else in our lives will be the solution to fill our void, it is also very selfish and inconsiderate.
