He also talks with Ishan about the importance of treating your mental health like your physical health, arguing that we as a society should value "Me Time" a little bit more.

Never Walk Alone
This week's story begins at an early age, and this student details the combination of therapy, medication, and community that helped him. His struggles led to the creation of an organization that links those struggling with mental health and shows them that they are not alone.
Relearning How to Communicate
In this week's story, this student discusses with Ishan about the difficulty in discussing his mental health with others. The student realized that in order to help others and himself, he needed to relearn how to speak and listen at the right moments.
Stranded on an Island
In this week's story, this student discusses with Annie and Ishan about how easy it is to spiral downwards as a pre-Med student, and the difficulty in climbing out of that hole.
