Neurodiversity Superpowers

Neurodiversity Superpowers

If you had superpowers, how would you use them? Those with neurodiversity, as well as any kind of diversity, often have unique ability see new perspespectives needed for solving some of the toughest problems. Harvard Business Review considers it a competitive advantage for businesses: https://hbr.org/2017/05/neurodiversity-as-a-competitive-advantage

Listen to a chat between Nehal Group LLC founder, Dr. Umbereen Nehal and talent placement expert and consultant Katherine McCord on why businesses need to be actively recruiting neurodiverse talent, not only as a kind and humane thing to do, but to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

About Katherine McCord (from LinkedIn): https://www.linkedin.com/in/katherine-mccord-093bb343/

"I live to fulfill my three missions: integrity, innovation, and inclusion!

I went from being the little girl that played interview and at the age of five fired her own mother (not kidding!) to the woman that has two seizures and still gets up on stage for her big speech (with notes, of course).

I am neurodiverse and physically diverse, and I am successful WITH my diversity, not in spite of it. In several ways, my neurodiversity has even helped me accelerate my career!

I work in People Operations Consulting, Neurodiversity Consulting, HR Tech, and I LOVE to get on stage to speak and teach! I live to innovate and shake things up, and I never compromise my ethics and integrity. I founded my primary brand, Titan Management, on my "three Is" (my missions), so if you are looking to scale inclusively and creatively, give me a shout! I would love to help you grow."
