Smoke and Fumes ATL!
In this episode, Josh invites a few guys from the Rumhead Crew, including Lu and Diego from Smoke and Fumes ATL to educate us on the some things we should pay attention to when it comes to hookah. Elroy, Josh, and Enoch hung out with us during the lesson Lu and Diego led us through with regard to selecting the tobacco, coals, and actual hookah. Lu helped us understand some of the things we may take for granted before we get to actually enjoy our hookah experience. Since the summers here, you know a good hookah really sets the tone, so lock in with the fellas as we put you on!

"Hi, I'm Toxic" @ Tre_Thongz voice! In this episode, Steph, Tre, Calvin, and Josh dive a bit deeper into the levels of toxicity we pass through on a normal basis. The ladies ban together in an attempt to convince Calvin and Josh, we have toxicity mixed up with passion. It seemed to have almost worked, until Tre reveals she's beat someone out of their sleep. On a more serious note, in today's social climate, toxicity is WAY overrated, let's work on being better and healing from our troubled past.
Episode 39: I've Got Concerns
I’ve got concerns! In this episode the squad introduces a few variables to a fairly new situation that could end it ASAP. Tre checks the temp in room for how much patience we really have, while Ms. Thongz is ready for all the smoke! Steph tries to be the voice of reason, but faces an uphill battle because Josh is still instigating. Things quickly became #unhinged!

General consensus ... F**k them kids ! Lol. J/k. In this weeks episode, Tre & Josh w. the help of special guest Tré Thongz break down the possible boundaries in having relationships w. an ex partners child(ren) while in a new relationship. It sucks being caught in the middle! Needless to say, it got very interesting when we touched on handling false paternity! But overall, I think it’s safe to say, “That’s NOT what we doing!”
Rules of Engagement!
Steph, Tre, and Josh return this week to provide some insight, for those of us who are unaware if we're crossing the line or not. Is it ever ok to embrace your friends significant other so warmly that onlookers are confused? Are little white lies ok, and how long is too long? Steph tries convince us some things don't deserve much energy, until we flipped the script. Tre and Steph try to convince Josh he'd be bothered by late night texts, but he's unfazed. On the other hand, Tre isn't going for any of it! What works for you ?

The squad is back with the shenanigans as we enter the October season. Tre causes an uproar this episode with thought provoking questions about societal acceptance. Then VS. Now
As September leaves the building, so does the squad with the September Stereotype series. In this final episode, everyone shares their rite passage journeys into adulthood with ageism. While it all feels like yesterday, it’s clear that life has its special way of giving valuable lessons. As the saying goes, “things get better with time.”
Colorism!
The squad is back this week to tackle one of the most controversial ethnic topics amongst the black community: colorism.
While some may think separation within one’s own group of people is nonexistent , Tre & Steph welcomes us into their world as Josh & Samira linger on the fence of the good, the bad , and the ugly. Emotions soar as the gang brings awareness about the world’s imperfections & misconceptions. This is un-hinged.
September Stereotype Series (Part 2): Black vs. White
In the second part of the series, Steph, Tre, and Josh address some stereotypes associated with being black vs. being white. Are there some stereotypes that were instilled in us as children, that still hold true today? Steph takes to IG Live to weigh in with some viewers on their thoughts about white vs. black stereotypes, and there weren't any dull moments. Tre shares some of his encounters with us and Josh reveals a past relationship.
September Stereotype Series (Part 1): Gender Roles
The series kicks off with the infamous gender stereotypes. Are some duties ingrained from birth or are we tainted with expectation ? Samira & Steph hem up Josh with gender-sensitive reversals while Tre learns something about women and masculine submission from another lens.
Growing Up Black pt.2
This part 2 episode brings the gang back to revisit their childhood and life lessons. Steph and Samira shed light on life as little black girls while Tre turns up the heat with his “house rule.” Josh speaks on his not- so -average upbringing that leaves the gang a little envious of his verbal privilege. Despite all differences, the conclusion is the same: Black is a Blessing!

Growing up Black! (pt. 1)
In this episode, Samira, Steph, Tre, and Josh dive into the topic of growing up black. After we came to a general consensus that our parents were unapologetic in our adolescent years, the convos of today have a different tone. Steph recalls her brothers always putting on a brave face, Tre and Josh recall fighting back tears during tough times, but hurting on the inside, and Samira offers comfort to a friend in need. Although we all come from different walks of life, we’ve all had more smiles than cries, so keep those chins up kings and queens. Growing up black is a blessing!
