But I want to dive really deep here, because in my coaching experience, and when I worked at the women’s shelter, and when I worked at a brain health clinic, and as a personal trainer, I saw basically every personal challenge that stumped my clients come down to this concept.
So many psychologists study this very subject because it’s a foundation to self-improvement and quality-of-life improvement.
