Who God Says I Am? Overcoming Depression and Loneliness Through the Truth
Name A Blessing Day
God’s Best, Not My Best
“In today’s episode we talk about a lesson God has taught me and a reminder in my understanding that in my own power, I will mess up and fall short. A recent struggle has reminded me of my desperate need for Jesus in every situation. We need Jesus and his guidance and wisdom to help us to best manage difficult, life circumstances. This episode reveals how a personal life trial, taught me profound lessons from God and the scripture that helped me to manage life‘s most difficult situations. If you’re walking through a difficult situation, a financial struggle, loss of a loved one, or facing a scary unknown battle, life is hard and we need God. I pray this episode will be beneficial, encouraging, challenging, and uplifting for you.”
Blessings, Crystal

Check The Fear At The Cross
The nation is in a detrimental place. Covid is a real fear and seems more scary now than when it all began. We're all scared. How are we called in God's word to handle the fear that we face? That is the focus of this podcast! Not to push any agenda, but to communicate directly to the fear we all fear, empathize, and in love point you to the scriptures regarding fear. Listen and share with all your friends. We're all scared and instead of checking it at the cross, we're projecting it onto others and it is creating an even more monumental problem. Hope this helps you, it is all the ways God has been teaching me to deal with the everyday fear I feel. Blessings, Crystal

Using Our Words to Bring Healing, Life, & Encouragment
Today's episode is on using our tongues, the words we speak to bring healing, life, and encouragement to others! Most of the work I do as a counselor is on helping people heal from emotional abuse. Emotional abuse occurs when people fail to exercise spiritual discipline, self-control, and compassion when communicating. Emotional abuse is on a spectrum of severity, regardless of the level of use, it is damaging to the mind, body, and soul. People who have been emotionally abused require great healing measures to find peace over these unfortunate and painful situations. Today we talk about what the Bible says about the power of our tongues! Proverbs 18:21 "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit."
