In this episode of "Conversations with Artists" Sheldon and I chat about many impactful moments in our careers that have continued to inspire us to this day to keep doing what we do. We also talk about Mental Health and healthy ways we can navigate the difficult moments in our lives.   

Sheldon De Souza  Professionally known as Sheldon Universe is a self-driven Singer Songwriter, Multi-instrumentalist, Producer and Show Creator from Mississauga. He has performed on international tours, cruise ships, made appearances on tv, partnered with Troy Sexton from STOMP, featured on YTV, CBC, and the Toronto Raptors: working with first nations communities, kids in youth prisons, persons with disabilities, visiting over 300 schools across Canada reaching as high as the arctic circle.   Sheldon is currently promoting his song Poor Boy airing on radio stations.
