Pastor Matthew kicks off our first week of Faith That Works with a message on the example of faith found in James 1:1. Faith endures trials, builds endurance, overcomes temptation, and separates us from the world. It is assurance and conviction that we can trust the Lord both now and forever!

Join us this week as Pastor Matthew will share how we can be "Grace Giving" people with a message from II Corinthians 8:1-12. We should be giving of our time, talents, and finances because of the overflow of God's goodness & grace in our lives - not because of any obligation we feel. We GET TO serve the Lord and it's a joy to do so!

Pastor Matthew will spend the next two weeks in a series called Generous: When We Live Beyond Ourselves, We Can Make a Difference. This week's message is from II Corinthians 9:6-15 and the eternal return on our investment - the ultimate purpose of our lives is to make a difference for the kingdom of God!

Pastor Ken closes out our The Stakes Are High series with a message from Exodus 35 & 36 on the command given in the Bible to be willing and generous with our time, talents, and finances!

Listen as Pastor Matthew shares real statistics on the number of lost people in our county, state, and world.. the Good News MUST be shared with them because God has commanded us to "go and make disciples". Pastor Ken closes out our "Journey to the Throne" series with a message about the coming Great White Throne Judgment of Christ Jesus. We've spent the month celebrating the birth, life, and death of Jesus but we must also remember that one day He is coming back to this earth for a final judgment of ALL men.

Pastor Ken is continuing our “Prophet. Priest. King.” series with a message from Matthew 24:10-12 on how lawlessness may abound in this world, but God is ever kind to us.

Join us this week as Pastor Matthew continues our Prophet. Priest. King. series with a look in Hebrews 9 & 10. Christ's sacrifice has given us access to God and we can draw near to Him at all times. We also have a responsibility to motivate one another to keep fighting the good fight and running our race for His glory.

Pastor Ken is in Matthew 24:9 this week to encourage us that, though we will face persecution as believers, there is hope in the Lord and our future eternity with Him. If we learn to worship God in the noon hour, we will know how to worship Him at the midnight hour when all hope seems lost!

Pastor Matthew is in Hebrews 4 and 7 this week as he continues the Prophet. Priest. King series with a message on the priesthood and sufficiency of Jesus Christ. He is our unchanging and complete Savior - always worthy of our praise!

Continuing our Prophet. Priest. King. series, Pastor Ken opens the Word to Matthew 24:7 for a message of comfort from the Lord. He is our Refuge in this world - we know bad things will come, but we can trust His promises and His plan.

On October 16, Warren Community Church hosted the 97th Annual Fayette Baptist Association Meeting. Introduced by the new Director of Missions, Dr. Gregg Hauss - the night closed with a powerful message from guest speaker, Dr. Roc Collins, based in Romans 10. Dr. Roc Collins is the Strategic Objectives Director for the Tennessee Baptist Mission Board (TBMB). In that role, he oversees TBMB’s work related to evangelism, discipleship, church planting, church revitalization, Cooperative Program, and Golden Offering for Tennessee Missions giving initiatives. Satan will use any means necessary to trick the lost into staying lost and the believer into straying from God's Word. The world will descend further into chaos as we draw nearer to the Second Coming of Christ and we must persevere in seeking and maintaining the Truth.

We are starting a new series - Prophet. Priest. King: A Connected Study of Hebrews & Matthew - this week! Pastor Matthew opens up Hebrews 1 to teach how Jesus is greater than all things. He is our Creator, Sustainer, and so much more! We are so excited about this series and pray you'll come to a greater understanding of the beauty of what Christ has done for us and what it means to let Him transform our lives completely.

This week, we've got a special message from Casey Skinner - our student director who now feels called by the Lord to plant a church. He'll lay out his vision for what's to come and share the importance of following Christ wholeheartedly, without fear. Pray for the Skinner family as they set out on their new journey with God and WCC supporting them! We'll miss this precious family, but we trust the Lord in every situation and know He always provides for His people.

Join us this week as Pastor Matthew opens the book of Titus to teach on the amazing grace of the Lord. Grace is the love of God that seeks us when we have nothing to give in return! It is audacious, powerful, and brings about extreme transformation of those who receive it.

To close out our series on The Gospel-Centered Family, Pastor Ken teaches from Mark 3:25 and other selected scriptures on how families can learn to fight for one another instead of against one another in an effort to reconcile. “Do you know where your fights and arguments come from? They come from the selfish desires that war within you.” - James 4:1 NCV

Join us this week as Pastor Matthew continues The Gospel-Centered Family series in the book of Romans to share the transforming power of the Gospel for broken families. The Lord is good and He is ABLE to restore any situation if we cry out to Him.

Pastor Ken continues our series on The Gospel-Centered Family with a lesson from Proverbs 27 on what the Bible says about handling finances. We are called to "go and make disciples, teaching them all things" and that includes teaching one another what Jesus said about stewardship of the blessings God has given us.

Pastor Matthew continues The Gospel-Centered Family series by opening Psalm 78 to teach about the urgency for the Church to reach the next generation! As the story of Joshua demonstrates, we can easily be just one generation away from losing our future to the things of this world. It is of upmost importance for older generations to reach, disciple, and train the coming generations (our children) to follow the Lord wholeheartedly!

We take a pause from our current sermon series to acknowledge the celebration of America's Independence Day with a message from the book of Nehemiah. Pastor Ken walks us through Nehemiah's agony over the destruction of Jerusalem and his mission to rebuild, confess their sins, and improve the land going forward. It is an encouragement to modern-day American Christians to never give up praying, seeking the Lord, repenting, and striving to live with the Gospel as their focus.

Join us this week as Pastor Matthew picks The Gospel-Centered Family series back up with a message from Joshua 24 on how the family can be strengthened in the Lord to serve Him more. "As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."

Join us for a celebration of Father's Day as we hear the stories of three men within our church body who are in various stages of fatherhood! First is Luke Watkins - a foster parent for 2 years and now father to his own 3 month old son. Next up is Brian Culver - father to 4 children ranging from 22 years old and newly married to 12 years old still in middle school. Last is Coy Jones - a father to a blended family, along with a daughter who has special needs. This was a touching service with some of our young men helping to lead worship and some great testimonies!

Pastor Ken continues our The Gospel-Centered Family series with a message on what the Bible says about adoption. One out of every 25 families in the United States has either adopted a child or has someone they know has adopted a child, so this a very topical conversation to have with the Church. First, he shares the definition of adoption and then discusses actual examples of adoption in the Bible. He also uses select scriptures to teach what God says about a Christian's responsibility to care for the orphan. Finally, he closes with the message of salvation through adoption into God's family - He is our Father and we are His sons!

Join us this week as Pastor Matthew continues The Gospel Centered-Family series with a look at what the Bible actually says about interracial marriages and also how two families merged together through divorce/new marriage should treat one another respectfully and carefully. Don't miss this great message covering some complicated topics. God is always good, but He is also just and what He says through is Word is FOR our good!

The Bible tells us in Exodus 20:12, as part of The Ten Commandments, to "honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land". But how can we be the type of parents that are honorable?
