Jennifer McKee from McKee Health Transformations is a Certified Health Coach and Motivational Speaker who has lost over 50% of her body weight naturally (185 lbs). She transformed her life by making small gradual changes to mindset, nutrition, and exercise despite having a severe foot issue that limited the exercise she could do.

"If only I could be where I was a few years ago, then my life would be better. I am upset that I gained the weight back plus more."  "My life used to be so good. I am so angry with myself for slipping back into old habits. How did I let myself get back to this place?"  Often, we hold onto resentment against ourselves for past mistakes and we forget to forgive ourselves. Also, we may not know how to learn from our past choices, forgive ourselves and move on.
