Raising the next generation is challenging, but we don't have to do it alone. Join Angela Johnson, as she brings Biblical teaching and discipleship resources to challenge and equip women who are hungry to deepen their relationship with Jesus. Through humor, straight-talk, and applicable life lessons, Angela delivers a Biblically-sound message to her fellow Warrior Raisers.
In this series of learning about Biblical Warrior Raisers, I’ve invited my own mother, Lynn Petrosino – the first Warrior Raiser in my life – to share her motherhood journey. She’ll share her experience as a military mom who was newly married, newly acquainted with the Lord, and she’ll share some of her motherhood struggles and successes as well. Now a grandmother, Lynn has a wealth of knowledge to impart to this generation of mothers. Our children model our behavior and I am grateful to have such a Godly influence on my life.
Doing something that has never been done before. Exploring a world and leaving your mark for others to see. We all strive for that in some ways. There is only ONE woman who has ACTUALLY been the first in almost everything – Eve.
As we begin the series in Biblical Warrior Raisers...it just makes sense to start at the very beginning...so let's start with The First Warrior Raiser.
Women, regardless of our status, consistently struggle with how we value ourselves and the work we do. Young, old, married, single, working or stay-at-home — all women, especially mothers, have a longing to be seen, known, and valued. God has called us to steward our lives - and our children - well because, ultimately, we are raising warriors.
