This week we were supposed to release part 2 of a series with Debbie. The topic was boundaries. But to be perfectly honest... the world is in a dark and scary place and we felt that this episode should come out first. There is a lot of anxiety going around. Episode 9: Tools for Trauma with Debbie Oberto
This week we are bringing you an episode we recorded before the quarantine started. We were able to talk to a counselor about all things therapy and how it pertains to the different traumas in our lives - and we felt that it was fitting during these crazy times.
