Sienna Snow is my new girl crush. An incredible author who takes female empowerment to the next level. In all of her books, the Heroine is a complex, dynamic and fearless woman. After meeting Sienna (yes, be jealous), I have no doubt that each female character has a little bit of her in them.

Brenda has a gift educating young children with exceptional needs. Thinking there might be more for her, she decided to create her own luxury coffee company. I bought the sample pack. You won't be sorry.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Barbara Briggs. She is an educator of Transcendental Meditation, an author, a journalist and more. Her journey to where she is now helped me realized that meditation can truly help me mentally, physically & emotionally. I hope you will enjoy her episode.

Dr. Patricia Petralba is an Integrative Medicine clinician. Her Arizona office helps women with mental health, weight loss, birth, and how to be healthy for your individualized body. She also does online coaching. She is such a gem.

Samantha knew she had to do something to help her family, so she started writing. She published her first book in 2011 and in the last 14 years has become a New York Times best selling author, she has written over 60 books and she is the girlfriend you never knew you needed!

Jodi had her daughter at 28 weeks. She did not know what to expect and there was no one helping her along the way. She decided to create a sacred space for families of preemies, so no one else would have to go through what she did.

Terry Tucker held many dynamic careers. He played Division 1 basketball at the Citadel, worked for Wendy's in their corporate offices, was a police negotiator and a sussful business man. He has been living with a rare form of cancer for the last 11 years and has written a book about his journey.

Friends...Sam Mitchell is the real deal. I loved getting to know him and what he does. He is a motivational speaker, who is busy traveling across the United States to educate others on autism. His company is called Autism Rocks & Rolls, you won't want to miss this.

Teresa has dedication herself to making kindness a topic to embrace. Whether it is a school, a corporation or one-on-one coaching, she will inspire you to make kindness a priority too.

Ines Johnson used to write for television, and found her place as an author. She writes in 4 different genres and the books I read, that she wrote were truly amazing. When I spoke to her, I found myself inspired and wanting to read more of her books. You will too!

Annie was a student at Cincinnati State Technical & Community College when I worked there.  A dynamic young woman, just trying to shape her life around her values.  Her story is pure inspiration.

You will love getting to know her books.  I had so much fun getting to know her and how she creates the romance series that seem to come so natural to her.  I left our conversation with a permanent smile.  She is literally your new best friend.

I met Jennifer at Miami University of Ohio.  We laughed.  We cried.  We created such a sacred community.  She is so brave.  I look up to her always.

Pepper Winters is a gifted author of many genres and I am hooked on her writing.  When a Moth Loved a Bee, had me transported immediately to a world I thought was real (it's not)!  I kept asking the same question in different ways, but alas, she wouldn't tell me anything about the second book.

I met Talia and Cincinnat State.  I was her advisor for our Cybersecurity degree.  We are still in touch and I am a big fan of her.  She has faced some life challenges, that no one her age should face.  Listen to how trusting and beautiful she is. xo

I have been reading books by K.A. Tucker for last 8 years.  I have fallen in love with her writing and how she gives life to her characters.  In this episode, we discuss her latest book, The Hustler Next Door.  This is the second book in series that you do not want to miss.  So, get your cup and get comfy, because Ms. Tucker is pure inspiration.

You met Heidi in April 2021.  We went to graduate school together at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.  I would not have made it through without Heidi's friendship.  As we talk again, we are more aware of our lives as 50-something women and everything that goes into getting older.  The aging parents, the separate lives of siblings and how we plan to leave our mark on the world.  We reflect on what we thought our lives would be, while being so grateful for what we have.

I have known Julie for years.  In this sacred space, we share how we thought our lives would be by now and how we plan to create the best life possible moving forward.  In this first episode of The Coffee Celebration; The Second Cup, we dig deep and realize that friendship is priceless, finding love is a bonus and that coffee is essential.

You know him from Season 20 of The Bachelor, but for me, it was all about the coffee.  With two of his friends, he started Generous Coffee and it makes a difference world-wide.  

When our episode first began, I was nervous.  Racheli is an Intelligence Officer for the United States Air Force, she trains in Krav Maga and does everything so gracefully.  By the end of our episode, I admitted how much I adored her and she laid it out that we are all just making through day; which made me love her even more.  You will too.

Y'all...I had THE PLEASURE of interviewing VaRonica.  She has overcome challenges that most of us wouldn't survive.  I laughed. I cried.  I made her my new best friend.  xo.

You have heard me say before that I have the most incredible friends.  Emily is one of my posse.  I met her at Miami University of Ohio (Love & Honor!), and it's been 20 years of watching her come into her own.  The moment I saw her on Zoom, I went back in time and we both just picked up where we left off.  I am so blessed to know Emily & call her a friend.

Dr. Sarah Uphoff is an ally, advocate, trainer, educator, slam poet, mom and the list goes on.  I met her when she was an undergraduate at Northwest Missouri State University and I was a hall director.  Sarah's commitment to learning, educating and mentoring others, will leave you inspired and wanting to do more in your community.  I love Sarah and her beautiful spirit. xo

I was absolutely delighted that Tina found me.  I am blown away at her ability to pivot and find the good in everything.  She created her own business when her job was put on hold during COVID, she is an equestrian coach, she wrote her own book and believe me, she is just getting started.  After speaking with Tina, I felt like I could do anything I set my heart and mind to.

Maggie Leach is an award winning thespian, Miss Iowa Outstanding Teen 2021, she created her own community organization and she not only a cheerleader at Pella High School, but an excellent student as well.  I am in awe of her ambition, motivation and poise.
