Summer is here and things are opening up again, at least here in Ontario. We are slowly navigating this strange new world and doing the best we can to strengthen ourselves, mind-body and soul.

It's not always easy and the residual effects of what we've been through will last a lifetime.

Let's face it... we're all a little stressed, even more so now then when we entered 'change', and for some of us, it's just compounded upon what we were already living with prior to March 2020.
