That's right, in Money Month March, we will be chatting about the actual cost of a website, costs you hadn't even thought of and how do you measure what your website is doing to ensure you get a return on your invested money and time?
Richard Sumner of Spreadsheet Solutions Ltd joins me to share with us all some of his own mistakes and how he monitors the return on his invested time and money into his own website using his own crafted spreadsheets that he also sells through his website.
We'll kick off the show with what a website actually costs and what you should expect to spend realistically in both time and money and then we will cover the critical part of how to actually measure if what you have spent is doing its job.
Richard (Sumner, not me) is a Microsoft Excel expert and provide spreadsheet solutions for people covering a wide variety of data management in order to keep things incredibly simple and put the value back into managing your information.
Richard and I share a common business ethos where not everything has to be a bloated software package when your everyday spreadsheet software can already do everything you need without spending more money. Software just for the sake of software sucks and just makes things more complicated.
