What I Love About YouMay 14, 2020
Episode 41: What About Searching?
What happens when you feel like you can't find what you're looking for? Maybe you are searching for peace or purpose. Maybe you wish you could find true love or even joy.
Here's what a terrifying moment as a parent taught me & how we can help others not just with our words but also with our actions.
Let's Connect:
Episode 40: What About Healing?
What I LOVE about YOU is that your story, your perspective and your life-giving words play such a key role in healing...the healing of not only yourself but also others. Sharing your unique story has more power than you may even realize. Your hardest days gain purpose when you use them to point people to HOPE.
Let's Connect:
Episode 39: What About Tone?
We all know that our words can give life but does the tone that you use (with others and yourself) really make a difference? This weeks episode not only gives you examples of the difference a positive tone can make but it also includes a challenge you! Who needs to hear your words today?
Let's connect:
Episode 38: What About Gifts? (with guest Barry Oser)
This episode is proof that opposites attract! As we approach Valentines day I wanted you to hear from the greatest "gift-giver" I've ever known...my husband. We did a little game of "this or that" so you can see all the ways we are alike but also very different. We talk about how to be intentional and thoughtful when looking for gifts for the ones you love & also talk about tips for buying gifts while sticking to a budget.
Episode 37: What About Love?
A realization about LOVE that changed everything for me, tools that have helped me in this journey and a reminder that YOU ARE WORTH IT. You are worth loving! So get to know yourself again, embrace the process and BE KIND...it makes more of a difference than you know.

Episode 36: What About Fear?
What if you were given permission to use your words to kill? What if there was one thing we can use our words to tear apart? That one thing is, fear. What would happen if we started to call fear for what it is, uproot it and tear down the walls it tries so earnestly to build?
Fear will stop you from being all that you were created to be. Let's talk through how we can identify when something is rooted in fear and what we can do to see the growth & change we all want to see this year.
Episode 35: What About A Fresh Start?
Have you ever longed for a new beginning? A change? A fresh start? What I love about you is that you can start fresh every single day. What if 2021 was the year we were intentional with the start of our day? & if you have ever felt like you need a restart button... maybe even 3 weeks into a brand new year?!?... you might be able to relate to my story of almost quitting the podcast world!
