What's On (my TV)?

We are officially halfway through the season! This episode we see Storm and Jason continue to clash, Natasha struggle with her boyfriend needing her constant attention, and Kyle missing Frank horribly. The charter guests so far aren't a very exciting bunch but leave it to Natalya and Court to liven up the day. We end the episode with Storm about to try and untangle the two anchors so I guess we will find out how that goes next time...

It only took nine tries but this one was a fun one! We see Kyle continue to toe(ahem, cross) the line with Frank the charter guest. Storm creates an obstacle course competition that pits crew and guests against each other. We have a pajama party and a thirtieth birthday complete with a "Pink Pearl" ship cake from Dave. While we do continue to see Dave and Natasha at odds with each other it is becoming much calmer. In an uncommon turn of events we see the crew meet up with the charter guests during crew night out. Nat and Storm call it an early night to eat vegemite and watch some movies. Ending on a very high note we get to see Kyle and Frank share their first kiss!!

This week we see Kyle have instant heart eyes for one of the new charter guests. We see Natasha and Dave continue to struggle to work peacefully together. Nat and Storm are slowly making their way past friendship. The yacht gets a slide for the first time ever and Jason rubs Storm the wrong way with his attitude. We end this episode wondering if Kyle is going to cross the line with the guest and if the around the world dinner is going to end in disaster.

We are slowly making our way toward double digits! This week Kyle ends up in the hospital, Storm and Nat have a little dinner date, Natasha is both done with Dave and can't stop talking about him. The stabilizers are out once again, the crew ends up a bit at odds at the end of the night out, and we get a little glimpse of Kyle enjoying the guests next charter...

A little warning and apology. In episode 5 and 6 I was having some bad allergy problems. I tried to edit out all of the sniffs and nose blows but if I missed any I'm sorry. 

On to the episode! The best and most important part of this episode is that Courtney is the new deckhand! She and Mzi previously worked together but she was a stewardess on that season. Unfortunately for the charter guests they have to spend the first part of their vacation stuck at the dock due to weather but the crew brings Mzi out of retirement to deliver part of dinner in a risque outfit. Kyle has a toothache and Storm may or may not know how to use his walkie talkie. We end this episode with the yacht grazing a dolphin once more as they attempt to leave the dock. 

I keep being surprised at how short these are turning out but the truth is there are the big dramatic parts and not a ton of fun filler this season. Having said that this episodes big moments are still worth catching up on. We say so long to Raygun and hello to provisional bosun Storm! No surprises here Dave and Natasha are still fighting but it all comes to a boiling point this episode resulting in some room swapping. We know we are getting a new female deckhand but in true reality TV fashion we won't see her until the next episode. That god Kyle and Nat are here to provide some comic relief or this season would be all drama. 

We went from an episode where almost nothing happened to running the boat in to stuff?? If this mishap doesn't cost Raygan her job we will all be shocked. We see Natasha ignore Dave pretty much the whole charter and Raygan continue to ignore her job; but the big moment happens right at the end as Raygan misjudges the distance between the boat and the dolphin causing Home to make contact as they are docking the boat. Join me as we near the middle of our journey on motor yacht Home. 

Unfortunately for us this episode was pretty unremarkable. We do see Raygan continue to be disorganized and continue to sort of let her team down. I think we just have to call this one part of the journey and hope that in the next few we see some problems get resolved and some more fun happen. This one is short and chaotic much like the charter we are talking about. In this episode we see the bosun start to crumble a bit as her inexperience starts to show as well as some evolving relationships. Is this charter the end of Raygan? Or perhaps the beginning of Storm and Natalya? And do we get to find out the answer to the unsolved mystery that is Dave and Natasha? Join me for a quick rundown as we get further into this season aboard motor yacht Home. 

This season we are watching the newest season of Below Deck Mediterranean! Captain Sandy is back with a whole new crew, a new boat, and a new place. If you've never watched before you are in for a treat because there is drama from day 1 on this season. Watch along with me or come for a recap and discussion of the show each week! To finish this season off we have a short episode. In the last part of week 6 we have one final rose ceremony and for the first time I've seen someone rejects a rose and we find out which couples think they have strong enough relationships to stay in paradise and participate in the fantasy suites and proposal day. I don't know if you'll be as shocked as I was about the final couples and who ends up engaged but it was a wild ride for sure. We briefly touch on the finale as proposal day was left to the very end. They say curiosity killed the cat but I just had to see which couples made it in the real world and truthfully the answer wasn't that surprising to me. Join me one last time this season to say goodbye and good luck to the Bachelor Nation. 

We have made it to the last week! These last two episodes are quite a bit shorter than the rest because as the excitement of which couples will make it grows the amount of couples is significantly smaller. In this episode we see if Dean is successful in his quest to get Caelynn back. We see if Blake and Kristina will make it as well as the final conversations for the remaining couples about the future of their relationships. Join me for the beginning of the end of Season 6! 

We are at the end of week 5! With only 1 week left lots of relationship are coming to an end although there are still new people coming down those stairs. This episode we see a man show up for Angela which distracts Clay from his new relationship. We get a new lady as well. The last rose ceremony where the women pick. And in a shocking turn of events...Dean. Is. Back. 

We are at the beginning of the next to last week. Have no fear new people are walking down those stairs daily. Speaking of stairs Clay's ex Angela is the first person to walk down the stairs this week and the entire cast is in an uproar, especially Nicole and Tayshia. We get two new guys, Matt and Luke, and we see some relationships start to crumble. Both Haley and Derek get some bad news this week that leaves them wondering what they have left in paradise. As we draw to a close on this season who do you think will make it through?

In this episode the whole cast attends a wedding of a Bachelor in Paradise success story. JPJ confronts Derek. Dean throws everyone for a loop. A cliffhanger at the end of this episode leaves us wondering who is walking down those stairs next.
