ADHD and Executive Functioning: Episode 13
ADHD is a widely and overly used diagnosis, creating skepticism for those who legitimately have ADHD. But ADHD is real, and its impact on executive functioning skills create a storm of misinformation about what it means to act ones age.
In this episode, Monica talks about ADHD through the telling of her son's personal struggles. This episode is intended to educate the listener and provide insight into how biological and emotional age don't always match.
