24. When To End A Relationship
Have you ever looked back on a past relationship and realise you can tell exactly when it started going south? Why don't we leave when we get that gut feeling? Or is it something we only notice in hindsight?
This episode is an attempt at trying to achieve the impossible - to create a guideline on how to spot the signs of a relationship that's no longer serving us, while we're in the relationship. Chynene asks Katherina for advice on how to be aware of what's actually going on in a relationship: Are we really happy together? Am I losing myself? Is this person treating me the way I deserve? Am I respecting my own boundaries?
Listen as Chynene and Katherina break down what it means to stay present and aware of your own needs and priorities when you've got a partner to consider.

23. Sex Positivity
We hear the term 'sex positive' often these days, and while we may get the general idea, Chynene and Katherina realised that they didn't fully understand the true definition of the term. In this episode they discover the definition of sex positivity - that it isn't just about being sexually adventurous and open to exploring every position under the sun. Listen to this episode and find out if the way you approach sex is sex positive or sex negative; learn about what it really means to be sex positive; and how we can work to break away from sex negativity - which is more prevalent in our daily lives than we may think.

22. Dealing With Conflict
There is such a thing as healthy conflict. The only question is: what does that actually look like?
Chynene and Katherina are both triggered in different ways when confronted with aggression or conflict, and also react very differently. Find out which style of conflict you are most triggered by, and how you respond to conflict. Once we understand ourselves in these situations, we can work to make them easier and explain to others how we would like to be treated.
This episode provides a look into how to healthily deal with resolving issues that might feel painful to us in a relationship, and work out whether we are unconsciously upsetting our partner with our style of dealing with an argument (or if they might be unconsciously upsetting us.) It also dives in to how we can better communicate when our partner hurts us - whether it's intentional or not.

21. New Year Intentions
Chynene and Katherina are back in the first episode of 2023, sharing their goals and intentions for the new year. While they both may have vastly different ideas of what they want to achieve, they both intend to manifest in the same way. Listen as they teach each other how they managed to find success and purpose last year through visualisation and intention, and how they plan to materialise what they each want by the end of this year.
This episode covers how to set intentions and manifest in personal life and career. It also serves as a reminder for gratitude over how far we've come, and how to use the tools of our previous year to move us towards our goals. 19. Healing In A Relationship
Sometimes there's no amount of solo healing and self work you can do to prepare you for a relationship. While it's such important work to do, there are some things within ourselves we cannot uncover in isolation. Chynene and Katherina discuss what healing in a relationship looks like. There's old trauma, triggers, and toxic traits that we may not even have realised existed until we're back in a relationship. How do we deal with our own 'baggage' without becoming the toxic partner? How do we communicate these things and continue to grow when we are coupled with another person?

When the news about Roe v Wade hit, Chynene and Katherina both felt a deep sense of despair, anger, and frustration. There was no way that they could not talk about it.
