This was such a fun interview for me to do because it's with a gal that I highly respect but haven't had much time to chat with! I'd like to introduce you to Kristin Stephens, a horse enthusiast, a runner, and master of the work/life balance. She was willing to come on the show today and talk to us a little bit more about how she does everything. If you guys need a dose of inspiration, this is the episode to listen to!
If you guys heard my rant a couple weeks ago about my health journey, then you guys will want to tune into this podcast today. I had the pleasure of chatting with Kenzie Groh, a coach for women that want to take back their health without restrictive dieting or hours in the gym. This interview was right up my alley and I hope you enjoy it as well. Make sure to give her a follow on Instagram while you're at it!
Ya'll! Make sure to check out this podcast episode! I was able to Zoom chat with a gal that is not a superb military spouse, she also empowers women to take control of their careers. This week I chatted with April Wilhelm about how tough it can be on military spouses to find stable careers that allow them to move all over the world with their significant others. April came up with a solution for that and now teaches women how to own their career without doing sales or a direct marketing job. Ready for more? Give it a listen!

Happy almost weekend! Even though every day is like a weekend right now. I just wanted to share with you all something that I have personally been working on and struggling with during this time under quarantine. I know this is something that other women battle with and I just want you to know you aren't alone and to reach out if you want support on your journey as well. Let me know what you think!
Hey guys! Thanks for tuning in! It's a motivational podcast kind of day, and I wanted to talk about addressing fears in our life and how to start overcoming them. If you guys know me at all, you know I talk from the heart and from a place of honesty and transparency, so join me in this podcast to hear how I am addressing my own fears and how you can learn to do the same. Give it a listen and let me know what you think!
I have had the pleasure before of speaking with a powerhouse woman a while back who lived in Germany, this week I had the pleasure of having a conversation with Derisha, who lives full time in Indonesia! The scope of women that I am able to interview is getting better and better!
Derisha is the Founder of DVA Organics and Digital Marketing Queens. She suffered from an autoimmune disease a couple of years ago and she realized it was time to work for herself. That was when she made the leap to being a full-time virtual entrepreneur and not only launched a digital marketing agency, but also her own all-natural skincare line. This gal has overcome all the odds and has come out on top. If you want to see more of Derisha and her accomplishments, follow her on your favorite platform!
If you're trying to pick an episode to listen to, listen to this one! I had the honor of interviewing Natalie Que, who is a badass life coach and podcaster. We were barely able to scratch the surface on her life but this episode gives you a pretty good idea of her story and how she was able to go big in her life. I am looking forward to having her back on the show in the near future to dive a bit deeper but we spoke on boundaries, chapters in your life, and learning how to be comfortable with yourself. Check her out on your favorite social platforms!
On this episode of Women Going Big, I had the opportunity to speak with Jennifer Fizer, who is just an outstanding individual. We dove deep into what it means to follow your heart and really go for the things that you love. This was a great story of a woman who is going big in her own life and is influencing the women around her to do the same. She also just launched her own podcast well called, That Cowgirl Life, which for those of you that know me, is pretty coincidental. Make sure to check her out on social and keep an eye for my interview on her show coming soon!
Join me this week as I talk to Cara Newhart about her journey "going big". She empowers women to grab the reins and take control of the DIY projects in your home. Whether it be building a bench, table, or a home project...whatever it may be, this podcast covers it all! This was such a FUN interview to do, give it a listen and let me know what you think!

Join me as I walk you through how to craft and create your own story then how to live out that story. It starts with just a single step and a single decision. Give it a listen and let me know what you think!
One thing I LOVE about this podcast is that I have the opportunity to interview women from all walks of life. This week, I am excited to be able to interview, Brittany Hooker, a long time best friend of my own best friend. That's right, read that again. This is the first time we have really had to sit down and have a great conversation about life.
If you are looking for a little insight on personal development at work, make sure to check out this podcast. These are real, unedited stories from Women Going Big. Enjoy!
Hey guys! Thanks for tuning into the Women Going Big Podcast. I am excited to introduce to you, Motivational Mondays with Krysta. These episodes are an insight into what is inspiring and motivating me that week. What books I'm reading, quotes I like, things that are going on in my life that might be able to help and encourage you on your journey as well. Let me know what you think!
Books I'm reading: Your Oxygen Mask First & Good to Great
Quote I'm pondering: "We are too busy trying to stay alive to figure out how to live."
Another AWESOME episode is in the books. A huge thanks to Andrea Brundage for coming on the show today. Folks, if one of your New Year Resolutions was to be more organized then this is the podcast you need to start with.
In this episode, we talk about ways you can be more organized at home and in your business, how your stuff can actually control you, and how to take back your life by establishing a routine. And at the bottom of all of that is organization, which is Andrea's specialty.
Give it a listen, let me know what you think. If you liked it, you can find more on Andrea and what she does at her website, https://professionalorganizeraz.com/. Thanks guys, chat soon!
This week, I was able to interview that was not only in another country, someone who was across the world. How cool, right?! I'd like to introduce you to Candra Burns, her foundation was built by volunteering as a child. While attending college, she resurrected the Natural Resources Club, interned with a forestry company, Rayonier Inc., and joined Society of American Foresters in WA State (WSSAF). She currently develops creative media content across many social media platforms, offers online reputation management and monthly monitoring reports, researches content that promotes the sustainable use of wood, and coordinates social media efforts with many organizations.
She realized her passion for media marketing through these efforts. She has been promoting building with wood since 2015 and documents Mass Timber buildings around Europe. She is a proud member of #forestproud and the Society of Wood Science and Technology. Her inspiration comes from the people who gave her hope and the people who give her hope for the future. These are the generous people who work every day to grow and help each other equally. Candra wishes to help others have a voice and build an online presence. She holds two associates degrees from Grays Harbor College and a Bachelor of Science from The Evergreen State College. She is a proud military spouse with the ability to work from anywhere in the world.
What a STELLAR episode that was, thanks for tuning in everyone! You can find more information at https://talkingforests.com/. Can't wait for next week!
This interview was such a treat for me to do with my friend and peer professional, Danielle. I have known Danielle for about two years or so and met her through a networking group. Danielle practices acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Her mission is simple, she simply wants to help women transform, from surviving the effects of physical and emotional pain to thriving. We talked about much more than just that, so give it a listen and let me know what you think! You can find more about Danielle and her business at https://www.temacupuncture.com/.
This episode is great for military significant others because she is one and has been one for several years. She has overcome the hardship of her man being on deployment and having to take care of the house (and her cute doggo) by herself.
I had the pleasure of interviewing Kimberly this week, she is the owner of Chemless Cleaning based out of the Phoenix Valley and she also runs and owns Mind Your Business Networking Organization, a regular networking community. Check out this episode and listen to Kimberly's journey as an entrepreneur and business owner. You find her on Facebook at, https://www.facebook.com/KimberlyTopolski/.
