A young widow at 26, I would like to share my life's story from being a simple shy girl to becoming a wife to a widow in a very short span of time. I would like to re-call how life have turned out, the challenges of a young widow, how meditation helped and why I do not really believe in "moving on" and why I prefer to say "moving forward".

The Full Measure of Happiness Ep.1
Sharing one of my husband's most touching note from our "little black book" (although its actually red). I once posted it online in a poem style because I so love his words (like a pro!). Once in a while, when I feel like I miss him, I go back to this notebook and scan through it reading his notes to me. It fills my soul with life and lifts my spirit. I deeply felt his sincerity while writing this as he summarize his own definition of how he will make me a very happy wife. Do you have a secret notebook with your love?
