The Autumn Equinox arrives around the same date every year between September 21st through the 23rd.

In the Souther hemisphere it is March 20th or 21st.

Everything else is open to your preferences or practice.

Here I go over seven bullet points pertaining to mindfulness and the practice of intentional meditation.

It is a bit easier than most of you cynics out there might want to believe.

For my own magical practice, I have to use altered states, and meditation in order to find solutions and manifest my workings into existence.

There are several practical uses for mindfulness that have measured clinical basis.

- Stress reduction

- Cognitive benefits

- Emotional Regulation.

She is a Reiki Master, Quantum Touch Healer, with a background as a diet tech, and a former nurse. Her first encounters with spirituality and what she calls 'star beings' have been with her for quite some time, and this is her first podcast interview discussing some of her stories.
