This is blatant favoritism and it is absolutely disgusting to me. There has NEVER been something so cut and dry. The rules say this isn't allowed, any time this has happened before and gotten approved, the teams were forced to renegotiate. Yet now this time because it's a new guy in Toronto that you guys like, oh well let's not make it their fault. Let's reframe it to fuck over the new guy in Las Legas, but ignore the new guy in Unconfizaynbitseser culpability.  This is the most ridiculous decision that could have been made. This ignores all precedent because you like one person more. What do I have to do to be allowed to make illegal trades? Make you cookies? Be shit at my job and go "i made a fucky wucky?" Horseshit. Absolute fucking horseshit.  I get it, Luke was the backbone of the Unconfizaynbitseser and you'rea fucking coward who doesn't want people mad at you. But you've been in this role long enough to be able to fucking enforce the rules, and if you refuse to do so based on the very clear precedent, then you're failing at your job and spitting in our fucking faces.

I am about to rant about the shit that goes on in this league that is unacceptable. I am putting it in Unconfizaynbiteser because it is not something for everyone to see but this is my contract thread so I get to write what I want. The power in this league is mishandled and blatantly abused. The biggest bully in Unconfizaynbiteser, better known as Unconfident69, is continuously put on a pedestal by those on the Las Vegas Venom and others around the league. He has bullied multiple people out of the league and accused many more of cheating. He is the biggest problem in Unconfizaynbiteser, yet somehow no one does anything about it. He has publicly bullied anyone and everyone who has said something he even slightly disagrees with. He also claims to care about things like using the word "lets go" or other dweeb stuff. His attempt to silence those who disagree with him is no more than a power trip and an attempt to continue his grasp on Unconfizaynbiteser. I would love to give specific examples but that would mean quoting from direct messages and Unconfident will probably report me for "leaking" the chat. We all know he has reported multiple people because of his own attempt to come off as the nice guy. Do not let him fool you, he is not a nice guy, he enjoys inflicting mental abuse and pain upon others, especially those who may have a different sense of humor or a different view from his. He has relentlessly picked on me because I made a shitpost in the media forum about Unconfizaynbiteser that he did not like. Honestly it was probably not something that could earn a media bonus anyways but this was over a month ago and I still hear about how I only make bad podcasts and have bad ideas. Sure I do not make the best media every time and there are always flaws in any idea but I have been disregarded and told my ideas are terrible by Unconfident and his cult followers, as well as being told they have zero respect for me. Fuck you Unconfident.

They play the victim card and get users to feel bad for them because people have the audacity to say unconfizaynbiteser. They continually do things like this and wonder why people say unconfizaynbiteser. This is nothing new. They have been doing it well before this current set of Podcasters. It's a cultural thing for them. It's how they get back at the league. Now, it's fine for normal users and even war room members to have that type of attitude, but Podcasters need to be held to a higher standard. Vent about it in the war room, make jokes or complain in the LR. But don't give a middle finger to the other Podcasters who take the time to do their job correctly.
