- 3 tablespoons kosher salt, divided
- 2 sticks (8 ounces) unsalted butter
- 2 cups Whole Milk, diluted Canned Milk or Half n Half
- Ground Black Peppercorns or ground Pepper to taste
- Additional Butter is optional and totally up to yo taste.

- 1/2 tsp of Paprika in and on top

- 1 small/med jalapeno diced
- 2 tsps butter,
- 2-21/2 tbs mayonaise,
- 1/2 -1 tsps sweet relish,
- just the tip of a tsp of yellow mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika inside and on top
