#018 - Mikel Thomas - 3x Olympic Athlete and National Record Holder - Quarantine Edition
We had the pleasure of talking with Mikel Thomas (@mikel_thomas),a 3 time Olympian, National Record Holder for the 110m Hurdle in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as a local community Firefighter. Mikel represents his home country, Trinidad & Tobago, and has an inspiring outlook on how he approaches all aspects of his life. It was a great honor to be able to talk with him. #017 - Christi Marraccini - Production Manager at NEOU Fitness App - Quarantine Edition
Christi is the Production Manager for the NEOU Fitness App and an Instructor for the GO Bootcamp program in NEOU. Christi is a wealth of knowledge around all things fitness and gave us a lot of insight into NEOU fitness, an On-Demand Fitness App (like the Netflix of fitness) that brings over 1,200 different workouts with some of the best trainers to the comfort of your home. It was a great honor to be able to hear about NEOU, a great service to workout from home while we are all stuck in Quarantine due to COVID-19.
#016 - Tatiana Lampa - Corrective Exercise (you'll find out what this is!) and Post-Injury Recovery
We had the pleasure of talking with Tatiana Lampa (@training_with_t), a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Personal Trainer based out of NYC. Tatiana helps take her clients from pain & discomfort to aligned & strong through her corrective exercise approach. She is launching her new online program called MOVE BETTER, which is geared towards helping people return to a healthy life after an injury. She is also a personal trainer @fithouse, Performix House and a model.
It was a great conversation and a lot of fun. We laughed a lot!!! We think you'll all enjoy this one!
