After a very long leave of absence The Sitdown podcast is finally back with another episode it will be worth the wait. In this episode, we are sitting down with the owner of Strength Valley Gym in Coalinga, CA. Rob works full time as an oil worker and has his business as a gym owner, he has had a rough past with the law and the passing of his mom all adding to his very inspiring story from down in the gutter to a successful business owner and power lifter.
The topics we cover: We go over mindsets and perspectives in regards of being in tough situations or situations you may feel stuck in, we also cover the metaphor of life between quick sand in life and what the first person did when they found quick sand, and finally at the end of the episode I sniff ammonia for the first time.
