In this super casual episode we have the honor of sitting down with scholar, former athlete, & recording artist Josias (Sias) Parker. He currently studies at Clark Atlanta University in African American Studies. Sias and I are college best friends, former team mates, and room mates at Greenville University. So, this Sitdown was very special to me not only on a podcasting level, but a memory level. Rob works full time as an oil worker and has his business as a gym owner, he has had a rough past with the law and the passing of his mom all adding to his very inspiring story from down in the gutter to a successful business owner and power lifter.
