SERIES #1 - BONUS EPISODE with J-JAY ROCKET
Series one is all done, but as we hinted at the end of Episode #12 and before we officially return for Series 2, there was one very important thing that we wanted to do.
And this is it…
So welcome back to a very special BONUS Episode.
A few weeks ago, we received an e-mail from one of our listeners. A guy called J-Jay Rocket who opened up to us for the first time ever, and in a very honest way, about his personal experiences of living with Social Anxiety.
Many people commented about how brave J-Jay was to do this, that his bravery to open up had touched them and we were asked whether we thought J-Jay would come onto the Podcast.
Well, here’s proof that, no matter how vulnerable we may feel, or how anxious or isolated we may be, we always have a choice.
J-Jay chose to join us, and this is his Episode. Please give it a listen.
Thank you so much for your continued support. We are taking a short break but will be back soon
Please continue to send us your comments, but more importantly for now, join us in saying a huge thanks to J-Jay.
Oh, and if you’re wondering whether Mr Whitfield joins us……well what do you think!?!
See you soon!

All About The Doubt (Trailer)
Hello
Welcome to our brand new Podcast! This is just a trailer but we will have our first full episode very soon!
Scott is a Musician and a YouTube Creator. Rob, his Dad, is a Mental Health Professional, A Public Speaker, a Coach / Mentor and Professional Actor - not the sorts of roles you would normally associate with introversion, self-doubt and fear.
However, uncertainty, insecurity and imposter syndrome are all things that can strike any of us at any time.
Each week, Scott and Rob with their unique blend of honesty and humour and with the help of some guests, will share their own experiences of how doubts and insecurities held them back and how over time they learned to overcome them.
So if you have a habit of talking yourself out of things, or even if you just want to listen in to a son and his dad trying their best to create something together, then this is the perfect podcast for you.
