This Podcast will discuss the upcoming 7-day juice/liquid diet I and a few friends are embarking on. The most important thing to note about a diet is that food is communication and if you get that it will change your perspective on what you eat and why you eat it. The act of fasting isn’t a punishment or some private torture that a person endures to watch a few pounds slide off the scale. Fasting has been done for so long that it is considered standard practice in most parts of the world and it is very safe.
