How to overcome limiting beliefs:

2. Look for evidence that it could be true - unravel how you got here - could get a little dark
3. Tell people about it

Main Course:
Lots of workplaces are adding food as a benefit but options often aren’t healthy or inclusive of different ways of eating.
Ways to avoid unhealthy food choices at work:
1. Be prepared with your own food options
2. Have healthy, delicious restaurants nearby or that deliver in mind
3. Tell coworkers and ask them to hold you accountable
4. Find your tribe. There might be people with the same food goals as you. Having a community makes things easier
