Identifying and Reframing Dysfunctional Beliefs
In this episode, Alishea - Life Design Coach, discusses what dysfunctional beliefs are and how we form them. Dysfunctional beliefs keep us from living a life of purpose and keep us from reaching our goals. She recaps her most recent presentation, Challenging Dysfunctional Beliefs and how we can overcome those beliefs and move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. Alishea uses her life experience and role as a Life Design Coach to help listeners reflect on their own mindsets and potential for growth.
