MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH WEEK - Host & Founder Simon Akers shares a story or 2
In this week's episode, I host myself. Yep! So a short 15 minute special. It is Men's Mental Health Week, so felt like an apt time to cover off a couple of things.
Firstly - I wanted to talk about my own challenges and the context of why I started The Busyness in the first place. To provide a platform where people, including myself, can open up and share ideas on how they can make their heads a happier, less-busy place. So I touch on that, and then I go into a reading of an article 'You've Got this' that I submitted to Tin Man, an online magazine for Male Mental Health (including a Bio).
I hope you enjoy! Please check out original article at https://thetinman.online/youve-got-this/ You can follow them on Twitter at @TinManOnline as well.
